Pleasant, comfortable and quiet stay for a good price.
Pros:

The hotel was really comfortable and quiet and I felt very safe during my stay. The breakfast was also delicious & well-priced and the staff were really friendly. The room was quite spacious and came with a mini fridge.

Cons:

The wifi did not work at all in my room despite reception providing me with two different passwords, which was kind of annoying. Also there isn't much going on in the area near the hotel so public transport is required to go to any kind of good shops/cafes.

Very comfortable stay, thank you!
Pros:

We booked a single room for my wife, who was travelling alone to catch-up with friends. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, bed was extremely comfortable. A very good breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of choice and well-presented. However rather expensive to have every day, especially if you wanted a smaller breakfast. Location was central with good connections to the station, Altstadt, river etc. All members of staff were polite, professional, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some noise in the morning due to building work on another building at the back of the hotel (this cannot be avoided though in a built-up area. Windows were well-insulated so was only an issue when the window was open).

Cons:

Для нас был один существенный недостаток, который испортил все впечатление — в номере наотрез отказывался работать Wi-Fi.
Спискались на ресепшен несколько раз пытаясь решить данную проблему, итог такой - на первом этаже у стойки ресепшен интернет ловит отлично, но стоит подняться к себе в номер — сигнал полностью пропадает.
Надеемся, администрация обратит внимание на эту проблему с покрытием на верхних этажах, так как в 2026 году стабильный интернет — это базовое удобство для гостей. Для жителей Евросоюза это может и не является проблемой, но для гостей, приехавших из-за пределов Евросоюза - да.
И еще один момент - не очень чистый ковролин в номере - неприятно

Tristes Einzelzimmer, das definitiv eine Renovierung vertragen könnte. Stil der 90er Jahre in blau und gelb.
