Our stay was marred by housekeeping.
Pros:

Breakfast was good - chef was very accommodating with Gluten Free Bread cooked in the kitchen for me

Cons:

I had a wound dressing leak leaving a mess on the sheet, put the sign out for housekeeping but all they did was make the bed with the dirty sheet still on the bed. There was no body wash in the container in the shower, left the container on the counter in the bathroom to be refilled, but it was not. The bath towels were changed but the hand towel was not, it was still on the counter where we left it after housekeeping had been. TV channels were very limited with no ability for Youtube.

Best experience. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back.
Pros:

The staff were super accommodating and so friendly. The meals were beautiful. Just a perfect experience

Cons:

Could have a little bit more to do for kids in the hotel, even though they loved to look at the cars but unfortunately they were covered.
