Short visit to Lyndhurst
Pros:

This was our 3rd stay at the Ormonde. Staff are lovely and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There are very steep stairs to the upper floors, so if you have mobility issues, ensure you get a ground floor room.

Excellent value, pleasant host and place to stay

We would recommend this hotel to others: friendly, helpful staff, spacious, comfortable room.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very spacious, bed comfortable. Loved the strong shower. Location was brilliant.

Cons:

We would not book breakfast again. Would have prefered a small breakfast buffet in order to have a bigger variety of choices.

Great location.
Pros:

Excellent location.
Room spacious.
Dining room and lounge.

Cons:

Very steep and shallow stair case, we had to negotiate two staircases to our room.
Shower was leaking and the mirror light was not working, both were reported to reception but could be fixed in the time we were there.

Perfect place to stay with dog.
Pros:

Excellent location for new forest. Very dog friendly, dogs allowed into breakfast. Large room. Garden for dogs early morning loo visit. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff

Cons:

No shampoo or conditioner in room.

Perfect
Pros:

Love everything. The best for me was location, we were near everything we needed and a short walk from horses and ponies. The food was excellent, always cooked perfectly. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
