Delightful stay would stay again
Pros:

Location to Lyndhurst, clean and nicely decorated, big rooms, friendly staff and breakfast was good. Very relaxing sitting on the patio.

Cons:

No aircon, but that’s not the hotels fault that it was so hot the weekend we stayed.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff, food and location were very good, would definitely go back.

Cons:

We had a budget room which was adequate for one person, but was a bit small for a couple, also there was no frosted glass (or blind) in the bathroom, I covered the window with a towel for some privacy . I will book a better room next time.

Good food, excellent staff, very close to The New Forrest. It was a very relaxing break
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Just the right amount to start our day.

Cons:

Very difficult to find any negagive feed back. Rush hour traffic noise with open windows.

Very nice quite relaxing stay staff lovely and reasonably priced
Pros:

In a perfect spot a stone throw from bars restaurant. The beds were really comfortable and rooms clean.

Cons:

Cut the grass !!! And outside furniture could be upgraded
