The staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast options are amazing. The lobby is fun and lively and the comic strip theme is cool.

The staff are wonderful - upbeat, professional and always incredibly helpful and smiley.
I can't fault this place. I like a coffee machine and fridge in the room and so pay for an upgrade when available but the basic rooms are great too.
Bel hôtel doté d'une décoration originale. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Bon insonorisation du trafic de la rue. Le déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Le personnel est chaleureux.
J'ai trouvé le rapport qualité-prix très correct mais j'ai voulu revenir quelques semaines plus tard et le prix avait doublé en raison de la fréquentation. A ce prix-là c'était trop cher et ça n'est pas justifié.
Für unsere Ferienreise haben wir das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist ideal: Die Innenstadt ist bequem per Tram erreichbar, die Tramstation befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, nutzten wir die Parkgarage – die grosszügigen Parkplätze eignen sich auch für grössere Fahrzeuge wie einen SUV.
Das Zimmer war modern und stilvoll eingerichtet; jedes Zimmer ist einer Comicfigur gewidmet, was dem gesamten Hotel einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen: gut sortiert, gepflegt und mit Produkten von hoher Qualität. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Genf jederzeit wieder buchen.
