Perfect! I stay there each time I go to Geneva and will definitely keep coming back.
Pros:

Very good value for money. The location is perfect - 1 min walk from a tram station. The neighbourhood is very nice, several shops and restaurants within a walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is really good and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic, the location was perfect, the cleanliness and comfort of the room were exceptional, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I'd highly recommend.

Heerlijk hotel, vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Centrale ligging, vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt was prima. Wij hadden een comfort kamer, die was voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat, koelkast en stoomstrijkijzer. Dit hebben de standaard kamers niet.

Pros:

Muy buen desayuno incluido en el precio. Habitación espaciosa y con buenas vistas. Al viajar sola, me ofertaron cambiar de una habitación con dos camas a una con cama grande, sin modificar el precio.
Está muy bien comunicado con el transporte público ya que hay parada de tranvía en la puerta y paradas de autobús cercanos. También en las cercanías hay restaurantes y comercios.

Pros:

Everything was great. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

More hangers in the room but I am sure I could have got more if I had asked as other requests I made were fulfilled.
The trams were regular - it was a bit far from where my meetings were held but all the other hotels were v expensive in the week I was staying.
