Good place to stay when flying in or out of St John’s.
Pros:

I liked the restaurant on property. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No shuttle to airport. Would be nice to have a walk in shower.

It was a nice stay , very clean and great staff. Had kids with us and was very upsetting to know that the pool was close

Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre et son confort

Cons:

Pour un hotel de ce standing la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement . La baguette de douche était rouillée et les joints auraient besoin d'être rafraichit. La piscine étaient encore fermée.

The beds were ok, not great. Ive slept on much more comfortable beds in hotels. The Jag and Holiday Inn have much more comfortable beds,

Good experience, price ok, good location
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights, good location, 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Friendly staff, free coffee and tea in the lobby was great. Moxies and Dennys restaurants attached to the hotel, don't have to go outside. Dennys is open 24/7.

Our room faced the garbage bin area, emptied at 6am, very loud, so no sleeping in. Small fridge in the room, also a safe.

Of note, Kenmount Rd is a really busy street, entering and exiting the parking lot sometimes took a while.

Very comfortable. The linens were comforting!
Pros:

Gabriel our check in clerk was friendly kind and very polite. The room was amazing. What I really liked was the large size bottles of shampoo etc. Saved putting plastic containers in the land fill.

Very happy with my choice of hotel.
Pros:

The location was only 10 min to airport and downtown area. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

Cons:

My bed was too soft and pillows too puffy for my liking. The coffee supplied in the room was chocolate cinnamon flavoured and I like plain coffee in the morning.

It was ok.
Pros:

We enjoyed the set-up of a separate bedroom.

Cons:

We found that our room was not vacuumed and found pieces of pizza throughout the main room and bedroom. Even a piece stuffed in couch cushion from previous occupants. We had to ask cleaning staff to specifically vacuum on the 2nd day. We were very disappointed that we were not informed prior to our stay that the fitness centre and pool were closed. If I had known, we would have gone to a different hotel. We felt that we should have received a discount to our stay due to the lack of advertised amenities.
