Great location surrounded by Restaurants and Shopping
Pros:

We stayed one night in a Standard King size room #338. The location was right off the highway and surrounded by many restaurants, shops (walmart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot etc.) and other hotels. The room was large and spacious with a king size bed, a table with 2 chairs, a writing desk with chair, a fridge, microwave, and safe. Bathrobes and plenty of plush towels were provided. The bathtub/shower combo had good hot water and water pressure. We loved and tea/coffee station in the main lobby to catch a hot drink early in the morning or evening. There is a Moxie's, Denny's and Tim Horton's nearby - just walk there. The parking was free and included on site. The WiFi was strong and adequate for our needs. We would stay here again in the future. Thanks

People, staff and overall very good service.
Pros:

Overall good room, and great staff.

Cons:

A handicap room was requested, the accommodations for mobility issues were not ideal. Was surprised that it was promoted as unit to physical challenges. No shower stall was the greatest challenge.

Pros:

It appears once you have paid for your room they don’t give a crap about you. We were awakened at 2:45 am by a crew working in the parking lot outside our room. They were cleaning the kitchen vent system in the Moxies restaurant attached to the hotel. Staff would not help and after filing a complaint nothing was done. The work continued so we left the hotel with a 9 hour drive ahead of us with very little sleep.

Pros:

Great location. Easy to travel to downtown and elsewhere.
Room was a great size and the staff were wonderful.
The 24 hour coffee station was such a perk.
