We were treated well by hotel staff .
Pros:

Didn’t use restaurant for bkfst. Like how willing management was to accommodate us on our requests.

Cons:

Was expecting a pool but was under construction but hotel did treat us very good with an upgraded room.

Pros:

Room was good. We had the kitchen and seating area with sofa bed. Easy parking . Relatively quiet for a full busy hotel.

Cons:

The AC was very loud. Also the ac was only in the bedroom so the seating area got quite stuffy.

Unacceptable
Pros:

The a/c was cool.

Cons:

I didnt like that we booked this hotel for the fact that it had a pool. For my little boys birthday. He was SO upset when we found out FROM ANOTHER GUEST that the pool was under construction. When booking this hotel it should be stated, as we would have went somewhere else.

Good place to stay when flying in or out of St John’s.
Pros:

I liked the restaurant on property. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No shuttle to airport. Would be nice to have a walk in shower.

It was a nice stay , very clean and great staff. Had kids with us and was very upsetting to know that the pool was close

La grandeur de la chambre et son confort

Cons:

Pour un hotel de ce standing la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement . La baguette de douche était rouillée et les joints auraient besoin d'être rafraichit. La piscine étaient encore fermée.

The beds were ok, not great. Ive slept on much more comfortable beds in hotels. The Jag and Holiday Inn have much more comfortable beds,
