Very good location: close to the airport (18 min walk) and Pisa Centrale railway station (4 min walk). There are some mini markets in the street, kebab places and a good pizzeria (Da Filippo).
It is an old building, not very clean (hair under the bed linen) and was loud (banging doors and also street traffic). Also no elevator, it was hard to climb up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Breakfast is just some toast (no eggs or cold cuts) and croissant.

The location of the hotel was far from the city center, but close to the train station, which serves many people, including us. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made our experience much better, although the hotel itself was not a great experience. The hotel felt safe. Breakfast included croissants and toast, butter and jam etc, some yogurts, juice and coffee. More than enough for us, the coffee was really good.
The hotel had poor soundproofing and the sounds of the adjacent train tracks were very audible, especially since our room was located on the track side. The sounds of the neighboring room were also clearly audible, we could practically hear what they were talking about. The room had a cold tiled floor, like in some public space. There was no blanket on the bed, only a thin sheet and I was cold at night. The room was quite clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned properly.
