Wonderful hotel. Will be staying again when I travel

The breakfast and staff were amazing.

Cons:

Very happy.
Pros:

Location was vibrant yet quiet. The room was well equipped and the range of amenities for self-catering studios is great. The mattress was very comfy. The gym is well equipped. Great for both short and long stays. We stayed for two weeks.

Cons:

In the deluxe studio, the bathroom configuration contains a wet a room where there is also a tub. Moreover, the shower head is positioned in the middle between the tub and the wet room floor, which not ideal.

It was adequate- Osaka is a bit of a down market place and this matched
Cons:

Bathroom smelt musty - damp smell ! Wall paper coming of the wall a little in the hallway of suite301 ! View was appalling - the appartments next door . The Italian resturant - was a joke - pasta sauce was like water - ceasire salad was also appalling ! Breakfast was good

Good value and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The shuttle bus to and from the station was a huge bonus as it is a bit of a walk. It has a lovely restaurant. The room was nice and the bed comfortable.

Comfortable modern hotel with superb staff
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to help. Location is premium with many restaurants nearby (often very busy) and various transport options. Rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast selection was huge.

Cons:

It is a very big hotel, that deals with a large amount of customers so breakfast can become busy. Staff deal with this extremely well though!

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, alles sauber.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett hatte nur eine Decke. Das ist sicher eine persönliche Präferenz, aber eine Decke pro Person finde ich angemessener als nur eine große.
