Me gustó mucho la ubicación, a una cuadra de la playa. El lugar súper tranquilo, cómodo. La habitación muy bonita, limpia. La terraza súper, de verdad que el lugar es muy lindo.

Cons:

Me hubiera encantado que antes de llegar me explicaran como es el proceso del check in. Ya que al principio fué un poco molesto para mí, yo venía desde Cancún, ya muy cansada con mi equipaje. En la página decía que el pago es directamente en el alojamiento y que no aceptaban pago por tarjeta, por ende entendí que era en efectivo, así que saqué efectivo para pagar. Yo avisé que llegaba ya tarde al alojamiento, nunca me dijeron que a esa hora no había nadie que me recibiera para hacer el check in. Cuando llego al lugar, aviso al número que aparece en la página y me dicen que se acercan, pasaron como más de 10 minutos y no veía nadie y yo me sentía un poco desesperada. Hasta que me contactaron por otro número una chica, muy amable, donde me comenta que el pago es por medio de transferencia, ese detalle también debieron comunicarlo antes ya que yo saqué casi todo mi efectivo, pensando que el pago sería directo en una recepción. Afortunadamente aún tenía dinero en mi banca pero de ser lo contrario, ¿Qué hubiera pasado?. Dejando aún lado esto, todo estuvo perfecto. Honestamente, es que si regresaría, pero comento este detalle porque considero que es muy importante proporcionar información completa y precisa.

Cobraron por uso de tarjeta, sin avisar, dijeron que era un 3% y fue más.
Pedimos cama extra grande y nos dieron normal diciendo que no tenian.
Personal poco amable.

Good stay - could improve hospitality
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Good quality for the price.

Cons:

The stay itself was okay, but I found it disappointing that the hotel refused to let me take a quick shower after check-out before a 10-hour flight home — especially considering the property was almost empty. It felt unnecessarily inflexible and left a sour final impression.

Pros:

Jag älskade det, jättemysigt ställe med ett kanonbra rum! Rummet var stort, fräscht och välstädat och hade allt man kan önska sig. Läget är toppen, nära till strand, restaurangen, affärer.
Personalen är underbar 😍 Prova även deras fantastiska fiskrestaurang, du kommer inte bli besviken!

Inget, jag tyckte allt var toppen.

Restaurant food was a little expensive. They didn't clean my room during my stay. The door lock didn't seem secure but the property itself was.

Une nuit pas loin de l’aéroport, pour ceux qui veulent éviter les lieux hyper touristiques.
Pros:

Bien situé, près de la plage et seulement à 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Chouette terrasse avec petite piscine et vue sur mer. Le Valentina se trouve juste derrière le bar restaurant La Pepita sympa. Personnel sympa aussi.

Vue sur la mer, à deux pas du sable, et surtout un personnel d'une telle gentillesse !
Pros:

Il faut préciser que j'ai habité successivement dans deux chambres qui, mon avis, sont les plus belles en termes de taille et de vue (sur la mer!) : Cielo et Aire. Donc la taille et la vue sont deux éléments que j'ai aimés.

Cons:

Un fauteuil manquait. Dans l'une de ces deux chambres, il n'y avait qu'une bouilloire et pas de cafetière. Dans l'autre, c'était le contraire. J'ai apprécié avoir une cafetière.
