Cons:

Someone rang the intercom four times throughout the night which left me feeling unsafe. I raised it with the management who just said it was a resident trying to get hold of someone. I don't feel the safety concern was sufficiently addressed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for us, close trams and shops.
Pros:

The facility manager was very friendly, professional and helpful. The location of the apartment was very convenient, very close to trams, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the South Melbourne Markets.

Cons:

The furniture inside the apartment was uncomfortable and abit dated. The sofa was not comfortable, and the dining chairs which was the only other seating options, were wooden and unpadded and were also uncomfortable.
