Had potential, but needs more care.
Pros:

Location was convenient, it was a good size and had a balcony.

Cons:

Checkin was difficult, I was kept waiting a long time to drop my bag despite pre advising of this.
WiFi was terrible. Room needed some maintenance - balcony door handle was broken, bathroom basin tap didn’t work properly, shower door leaked and flooded the bathroom.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

The location was great- with trams, supermarkets, cafes, pubs and the market close by, yet still quiet and comfortable

Cons:

The dryer, dishwasher and oven were difficult to use. Our mid-week clean and towel refresh didn’t happen. The shower doors leaked water over the floor.
