基本上都還不錯，撇除隔音的問題，算是實惠的飯店。
Pros:

房間冷氣涼爽，空間大、舒適，工作人員服務態度很好，免費生啤、high ball房間小冰箱各種啤酒也是免費。距離博多車站不算遠，走過來有三個超商可以選擇很棒。

Cons:

隔音非常不好，除了隔壁撞來撞去的聲音以外，走廊路上講話的聲音，夏天外面樹上的蟬大聲到可以直接起床的那種，另外床偏軟，枕頭非常薄，房間偏潮濕。

滞在期間に掃除が入らないが、その分宿泊費やフリードリンクサービスが飲み放題、ジムも使えるなど他でカバーされており、
