Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The bed was quite hard and the bedroom was very small. The taps were back to front which was just stupid and even though there was a sign saying that you do the opposite and wait 30 seconds for hot water there was no hot water from the bathroom tap at all

Was very relaxing, convenient and easy to get around.
Pros:

The property was located in a great position, right near the beach, walking tracks and all that Burleigh offers in terms of eating out.
The property was a great size and had everything that you needed, felt very homely.

3 bedroom catered well for family of 5. Clean, easy and comfortable

Cons:

The plates didn’t fit in the dishwasher which was a bit annoying but not the end of the world. The dishwasher didn’t work very well

Was a good base for what we needed it for. Would be very disappointed with room if it was part of a family holiday.

Previous guests underwear in washing machine.
Some warmer blankets would have been useful.

Pros:

Beds comfortable, furniture good. TV and streaming. View from balcony excellent

Cons:

Check in problematic- couldn’t get in despite message saying room ready- no reception after 12 despite check in after 2???. Washing machine and dishwasher VERY Mouldy - could not wash dishes. Miniscule amount detergent/ coffee. Etc . Polyester blankets only in rooms - not cleaned. Couches dirty.

Burleigh Boardwalk
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, close enough to walk to the many cafes, restaurants & beach. No road noise. The apartment was beautifully decorated & comfortable, enough space for a family of 5 to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils if needed for a longer stay.
The beds configurations were different to what we booked & having teenagers who were disgusted at the idea of sharing bed we spoke to the staff & they immediately offered 2 solutions.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
