We had a couple of issues with the access card
I tried to enter the garage and it didn’t work, had to reverse my car out then go back inside and have them re program . My partner tried to enter the room and had to go down to reception to have the card re program

Cons:

It suffers the same problem as many 5 star hotels : despite the spacious room it really caters for only one guest in its furnishings. Only one chair and a chaise which verges on the ridiculous. Also
