Wonderful riverside hotel
Pros:

This is our go-to accommodation in Launceston, as we love the location and the wonderful walks along the river and the great facilities such as the bar, cafe, gym, room service and hair salon. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional. Our room is always immaculate and so comfortable. I would like to wish the Hotel Dog "Archie" a happy retirement - we will miss our walks and your wagging tail.

Was only there for one night, but it was very comfortable with the staff are very friendly

Pros:

Our rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast menu. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Archie the black lab is gorgeous ( he is retiring soon)
A good base from which to explore Launceston and surrounds.

Cons:

The vegetarian breakfast menu could have more choices

The size of the room was fantastic, bathroom excellent, nice big bath and shower area, bed very comfortable.
Breakfast options really good, parking great, access to rooms easy.

Cons:

Lighting in the bathroom whilst bright could not be dimmed for a more softer feel when enjoying bath☺️.
