We had a terrible stay at this hotel, we have complained directly to them and asked for a refund. We gave them a full list of all the things that we found unacceptable also images it was unsafe and not fit to stay in,
It was dirty.
The shower was unsafe and had the shower head capped of so only the hose was left. The glass in the sash window had dropped down which ment the frame was not holding it securly in place in our opinion it was unsafe, the paint on the windows were of extremely poor condition, flacking paint on the floor, a light shade was missing , some of the furniture had missing or damaged handles and were of poor condition, the bed base was extremely poor condition, what ever it was made from was falling off onto the floor, we felt as if we should have had some form of compensation after contacting the hotel direct as soon as we got home from our stay at the ambassador.
