die zentrale Lage, das sehr freundliche Personal und das sehr gute Frühstück

Cons:

da das Hotel an einem Kreuzungspunkt liegt, mit Straße und Straßenbahn ist es schon recht laut. Wenn man gerne mit offenen Fenster schläft, wird es etwas schwierig.

Very positive experience and a good vfm - would definitely stay again
Pros:

Very good value for money. Everything that I needed from a hotel was provided. I stayed there only for a night so that definitely affects my opinion but honestly it was a very positive experience. Location is central enough that almost every site is within walking distance(if you don't mind walking) and there are good connections with the city and the airport using public transport. Finally the staff were super nice and friendly and the cleaning was also thorough.

Cons:

Very few and minor cons really. Hotel was a little bit dated which I don't personally mind and it seems that effort to modernize is made without losing its character(electronic locks in rooms and central door, automated key box for out-of-business check-in etc.). Also the provided shower gel + shampoo combo was just two small sample-like envelopes, which is not adequate even for a simple shower(and I am not really a big guy).

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Obwohl es mitten in der Stadt liegt ist es angenehm ruhig.
Schlüssel per Code hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Tolles Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl.

Cons:

Ich war an einem sehr heißen Wochenende dort und das Zimmer war sehr warm. Allerdings stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung, der das Zimmer auf angenehme Temperaturen brachte.

Nothing to do wth this hotel but the trams were quite active and noisy. Hotel prepares a ear plugs… i was tired enough so I could sleep well
