Cleanliness
8.8
Multiple guests praised immaculate rooms and crisp, clean bedding; overall cleanliness is frequently noted as a strength.
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and going above and beyond (manager called out by name); isolated comment about an impolite server and limited luggage assistance noted.
Location
9.6
Consistently described as a brilliant/ideal seaside location with lovely harbour/marina/sea views; proximity to attractions and parking across the road praised.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed comments: some guests had high-spec, spacious sea-view rooms, others reported small or very hot rooms, noisy fans/generator and limited in-room amenities (no drinking water in one report).
Amenities
6.5
Good on-site restaurant, bar and some rooms with kitchens; shortcomings include no lift/steep stairs, occasional noise (generator), and occasional missing kitchen items that were later supplied.
Value for Money
6.9
Many guests felt the price was good or the hotel offered great value, though a few commented on specific price issues (drink pricing, perceived price due to location).

8.7
Food and restaurant receive positive mentions (great food, nice lunch, good breakfast with gluten-free/vegetarian options); cocktails and bar atmosphere also praised.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall impressions are strongly positive with many recommendations and repeat-stay comments; minor negatives (noise, small rooms, parking/stairs) temper an otherwise very good experience.

4 Bed Townhouse
Pros:

We stayed in the 4 bed Townhouse, we were suprised at the space we had, as it was advertised only as an apartment on booking.com.
Lovely as a family of 5 to have our own space. The beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was great. Good to have the dryer, came in useful to dry off hoodies after being caught in the rain. Comfortable sofas for the evening. Free parking over at the marina wad useful.

Cons:

The area had nothing to offer. No fault of the Nines. The marina is undergoing development so the town is pretty derelict.
