Cons:

Sou fumante, concordo em não permitir fumar nas áreas do hotel, mas choveu e não tem uma área coberta para fumar. Ok, nunca mais retorno..

Cheguei com chuva e ninguém para abrir porta do carro com guarda-chuvas para minha esposa não se molhar. Café da manhã com poucos atendentes e espera.
