Wunderschön gelegen - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Einmalig schöne und ruhige Lage. Der Naturteich lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist das Beste, das wir auf unserer Rundtour hatten: sehr vielfältig, umfangreich und von guter Qualität. Wir konnten es auf der Terrasse einnehmen und dabei den herrlichen Blick auf die Landschaft genießen. Das Personal war außerordentlich entspannt und freundlich. Danke für das Upgrade des Zimmers. Auch hier hatten wir vom Balkon aus einen tollen Blick. Parken war nie ein Problem.

Cons:

Balkon, Steckdosen und Kleinigkeiten hätten sauberer sein können. Aber das fällt nicht wirklich ins Gewicht.

Pros:

Auf der Hin-u. Rückreise nach Italien haben wir ein paar Tage im Landhaus Kössel verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement war geräumig mit einem sehr großem Kühlschrank und Küche, was bei der Reise mit Hund wichtig ist. Ein umlaufender Balkon mit u.a. Lounge Sitzgruppe garantierte jederzeit wahlweise Schatten oder Sonne. Zum See waren es nur ein paar wenige Schritte. Im Ort befinden sich zahlreiche fußläufige Cafes und Restaurants. Das sehr gute Frühstück -bei gutem Wetter draußen- mit Blick auf die Berge und den Schwimmteich hat ebenfalls dazu bei getragen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen werden.

Wunderbar für einen Zwischenstopp, haben die Grösse des Studios und die Terrasse und den Teich sehr genossen.
Pros:

Herrlicher Blick vom 1. Stock des Landhauses II. Im Dorf mit Pferden und Kühen und vielen Fröschen im Schwimmteich. Dieser ist schön groß und sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Anonymer check-in am Nachmittag. Dafür, dass in dem Studio-Appartment eine komplette Küche ist, wäre es schön gewesen, für 1x morgens einen Teebeutel oder Portion Kaffee vorzufinden.

Great stay: clean, comfortable room, spacious bathroom, beautiful views, and excellent location near Füssen and Neuschwa
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Landhaus Kössel. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spacious and well designed.
The breakfast was generous and high quality, offering a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The hotel is beautifully located in Hopfen am See, surrounded by charming buildings and scenic countryside. The balcony offered stunning views of the lake and mountains, which really made the stay special. The peaceful atmosphere and traditional Alpine setting added to the overall experience.
The location is also excellent, with Füssen’s historic town centre and Neuschwanstein Castle just a short drive away.
Overall, this was a highly enjoyable stay combining comfort, cleanliness and a fantastic setting. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Gut, aber mit Schwächen
Pros:

Die Lage zum See und weitere Landschaft toll.

Cons:

Das Apartment ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und es war schmuddelig( Teppich, Küche, Kommode Schlafzimmer).
Tagespreis für Hunde ist somit für 16€/Nacht zu hoch, eine Endreinigungspauschale wäre angebrachter.
Rezeption nur bis 13 Uhr ansprechbar.
