El hotel es muy bien posicionado, nuevito y la limpieza no es un desastre como suelen ser la mayoria de hoteles competidores

al llegar a las 23.15 tuve que llamar al chico de recepción para que me ayudara con las llaves de la habitación que no funcionaban, OBVIAMENTE NO CONTESTÓ, pero pronto me llego un mensaje de sms, en MEDIA HORA DE PRUEBAS Y VARIAS TELEFONADAS logré entrar al final.... 23.59 horas de la noche !
tú crees que me cambiaron las llaves ?, ni de coña.... el dia siguiente a mediodía regresé de una vueltita y MISMA FAENA, MEDIA HORA PARA ENTRAR, envié un sms al nota QUE NO CONTESTÓ y al final logré entrar.
TU CREES QUE ME CAMBIARON LA LLAVE ?
NI DE COÑA !, Tuve que hacer este teatro cada vez que quisiera regresar a la habitación !
LLAVES PÉSIMAS, ASÍ COMO MUY VIEJO ES EL SISTEMA DE ENTRADA A LAS HABITACIONES, Y muy frio el trato con el cliente.

For the money paid could be much better.

Cons:

The room didn’t have air conditioning and it was extremely hot inside, as there was a glass door through which the sun was shining the whole day. I wasn’t allowed to open it. The view was of an interior courtyard with building materials. Next day the room was cleaned and a very high window was opened as they realised it is extremely hot inside. Because of this during the night it was very noisy, you can hear all the noise from the street and from the other neighbours watching TV.
The doors of the shower cabin were broken.

Für als Notfallplan ok, aber sonst nicht empfehlenswert. Preis leistung stimmt nicht überein.

Der unkomplizierte check-in /check-out.

Cons:

Sehr klein, keine Klimaanlage im 3 stock bei über 35 grad, keine storen um ein wenig zu unterstützen der Sonneneinstrahlung, teppichboden führt zu noch mehr wärme, unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer - evtl. Vom Teppichboden..? Der Preis für was es war, war deutlich zu teuer. Das Bett war sehr klein für 2 Personen. - kein Kaffe, Tee etc.

Beim Check-In hat man direkt gemerkt, dass das Zimmer nicht gesäubert worden ist. Auf dem Boden lag Geld und auf dem Bett Haare, beides von vorherigen Gästen. Gleichzeitig waren Bettlaken, -decken und Badetücher alle dreckig mit Makeup, Ohrenschmalz oder Straßendreck.

Es war kein Personal da, um sich zu beschweren und telefonisch (oder über Booking-Chat) ist keiner zu erreichen. Die Putzkräfte sind eine witzlose Ausrede, dreckige und nasse Handtücher auf dem Boden wurden wieder aufgehangen.

Die Zimmer waren klein und man merkt nur Geld gemacht wird wegen der Messe wird leider keine andere Option gefunden haben also dieses Hotel ist nichts Besonderes für zwei Nächte hat es zwar gereicht aber wird definitiv nicht noch mal gebucht
