Das Personal (der Servicemitarbeiter welcher an diesem Tag vor Ort war) war super hilfsbereit.
Er hat sehr unkompliziert einen Zimmertausch organisiert.

Cons:

Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit (nur KI-Telefonassistent)
Der KI-Assistent konnte (trotz Ankündigung) keine Verbindung zu einer realen Person herstelle.

Super nice staff, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast make for a great stay.
Pros:

The location is great. Shops, pubs and restaurants are close by. My room had a view of the Kleiner Markt. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times now and I look forward to my next stay. A special highlight is the breakfast. It is freshly prepared every morning and offers a rich variety to start your day. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

I had a great stay every time and did not miss anything. Air conditioning or a little fridge in the room would certainly be appreciated in the summer months.

Cons:

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We were 3 adults and 1 child (6 years old), but there was only one blanket and one towel provided for all of us. Thankfully, the weather was warm and we had brought our own towels.

The most serious problem happened in the evening. We left the hotel at around 6:30 pm and returned at around 9:00 pm. The code we had been given for the entrance door unlocked the lock, but the door itself would not open.

We called the hotel’s contact number for assistance, but we were told that there was nothing they could do and nobody could come to help us. We ended up standing outside for approximately two hours, waiting for someone to help, but nobody from the hotel came.

In the end, the people from the restaurant next door, who actually have no connection with the hotel, noticed what was happening and kindly helped us. They let us enter through the back of the building, through their storage area. Thanks to them, we were finally able to get back to our room. If they had not helped us, we would have literally been left outside on the street with our 6-year-old child.

The following morning, breakfast was included, but we had to pay extra for coffee. We were expecting to pay £11, but the final price was £15. This additional charge was not clearly mentioned anywhere beforehand.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of assistance and the complete lack of response when we were locked outside the hotel for two hours was unacceptable.

We would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay here again.

Saarlouis ist eine Reise wert
Pros:

Die Lage war super, direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich und super lecker. Das Personal äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Für uns für eine Nacht aber ok.

Wenn ich schon über Nr. Block einchecken muss, hätte ich gerne wenigstens saubere Füße.
So was von Schmutzig hab ich noch nie erlebt. Der Einfan hinten geht über Müllhalde. Ekelhaft.

Lage super Zentral, bedienenung im "Frühstücksraum" Seher freundlich

Cons:

Eingang für späten Check in mit Mülltonnen zugestellt.

Zimmer nunja, spartanisch eingerichtet.

TV ging nicht, keine Zugangsdaten zum WLAN, kein Tisch im Zimmer, Duschen in äußerst schlechten Zustand und Geruch nach Kanal.

Am Morgen ein Fahrrad im Treppenhaus direkt vorm Ausgang platziert, vermute vom Personal.

Alles in allem sehr ernüchternd.
