Pros:

Ontbijt zeer volledig, niks op aan te merken. Mooie grote kamer, zeer net, goede matras op bed, mooi balkonnetje om koffie op te drinken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Insectenplaag in oud deel restaurant, op laatste avond (soort vliegmieren).
Ligging naast vrij drukke weg wat 's morgens voor nogal wat autoverkeer zorgt...

Sehr schön, komme wieder!
Pros:

Ich wollte eine Auszeit nehmen. Dafür war es super! Ich hatte Halbpesion gebucht und wurde nicht enttäuscht.Service Tiptop. Das Frühstück war super und das Abendessen 4 Gänge waren Mega. Ich komme aufjedenfall noch einmal hier her.

Junior Suit befand sich direkt über der Eingangstür, so dass jeder Spätheimkommer ein Türgeräusch verursachte.

Tolles Wellnesshotel, das auch kulinarisch überzeugt!
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und ausführlich in die Angebote des Hotels eingeführt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und zwei Ladeplätze für E-Autos für 49 Cent/kWh.
Das gastronomische Angebot ist vorzüglich.

Das Abendessen war super. Ebenfalls das Frühstück sowie das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die aktuellen Baustellen überall im SPA Bereich. 60 Grad Sauna dauerhaft defekt und Winkelschleifer neben der 90 Grad Sauna.
Der morgendliche Lärm des Personals, ab 7 Uhr ging es los. Das Landhaus und die Junior Suite sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, Macken, Dellen, Spinnweben und ein eher unansehnliches Gebäude. Die permanente Trinkgeldnachfrage auf den Rechnungen sowie kostenpflichtiges Wasser beim Abendessen in der Halbpension, überall Extrakosten war ebenfalls eher unschön.

Der Außenpool nicht beheizt und dreckig. Das Personal teilweise überfordert, im SPA Bereich weit und breit Stunden kein Service gewesen. Die Gäste mussten die Kaffeemaschine wieder in Betrieb setzen (Milch war leer, Kaffeesatzbehälter dauernd voll). Beim Frühstück nur zwei vom Personal, folglich gab es schon früh kaum noch was, es wurde erst lange Zeit später mal aufgefüllt. Dazu Missverständnisse bei der Ganzkörpermassage und der Abschlussrechnung. Dies ist bereits meine dritte Mitteilung an das Hotel (ob Bewertung oder Booking Schriftverkehr), habe bisher keine einzige Rückmeldung bekommen.
