Localização prática, ótimo atendimento
Pros:

Gostamos da localização pois fica próxima a estação, em dias de chuva vc consegue sair pela Seibu que é uma loja de departamentos e o caminho até a estação é coberto. O atendimento foi muito bom, nos ajudaram a preencher o formulário em japonês para enviar uma caixa para Tokyo.

A relaxing, comfortable stay in the heart of Akita City.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to Akita Station, and it's a 5-minute walk to Senshu Park and the Akita Museum of Art, both important destinations in the city. There are a lot of shops, at least two malls, and many restaurants nearby as well. The room was spacious and well-equipped. If you can, order the breakfast: a wonderful experience on the top floor of the building, with a beautiful view! The staff was friendly, the hotel lively, as it hosts banquets and other programs for locals and tourists alike, with its own restaurant and bar etc.

Cons:

No problems at all.

Gut für den gezahlten Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Mich hat gestört, dass man sich Badprodukte wie Wattestäbchen in der Lobby holen musste und sie nicht direkt im Bad zur Verfügung standen.

気持ちの良いご対応
Pros:

子どもファーストでよかったです。
幼児、乳児2名をワンオペでしたが、スムーズにチェックイン、チェックアウトが出来てとても助かりました。
チェックインの際は車をホテル前に一時駐車し、フロントへ荷物を預けてチェックイン、その後駐車場に停めている間にお部屋まで荷物を運んでいただきとても嬉しかったです！
お部屋に入るとベッドを2つくっつけた状態にしてあり、ベッドガードの位置もベストでした。配置を変えずにそのまま朝まで過ごせたので助かりました！

Cons:

ベビーベッドを設置していただいたのですが、ネジ穴が広がってしまっているのか建て付けが甘くなっていました。立っちしてしまう我が子には少し危険で使用出来ませんでした。
ベビーベッドを用意していただけるホテルも少ないので、あるだけでもとてもありがたいのですが…
ご改善いただけましたらより安心して使用出来ると思います！

Pros:

朝食がおいしかった

Cons:

ラウンジの利用時間が限定されていて、結局使えなかった。また、2部屋予約し、一つの部屋のラウンジ追加料金が高かった
