Comfortable bed, spacious onsen, helpful staff, pretty fantastic overall
Pros:

Everything was fantastic, from the comfort of the bed (sheets were great and they didn't skimp on pillows!) to the onsen on the top floor (spacious and I never experienced it crowded). Staff were very helpful. Great location near the train station.

Cons:

The only microwave is in the lobby breakfast area, if you're buying your own food to heat up. The television has an annoying habit of turning itself on every time you unlock your door.

露天風呂が良かったです。
Pros:

露天風呂が一番上の階の10階にありました。湯加減は少しだけぬるめ。個人的にはぬるめがお肌乾燥しないので助かりました。

お部屋もとても清潔で快適でした。

Cons:

お部屋に窓があるのですが、完全に閉ざされており開かないのが残念でした。

他にモーニングビュッフェは好きなところに座らせてもらえないのがちょこっと残念です。お料理のバリエーションは沢山あって大好きでした。

あとはほんの少しだけお値段が安くなるとまた行きたいなと思います。この時世だとそのお値段が妥当なんでしょうが。
