Ci hanno dato un bilocale non richiesto, quindi camera con, oltre al matrimoniale, un letto a castello ingombrante, ed una stanza cucina che non ci serviva.

Stanza piano basso visto che non c’è ascensore richiesta mesi prima.

Cons:

Mancanza ingiustificabile di un minibar per il prezzo richiesto. A Pesaro d’estate fa caldo! Posto macchina accordato ( con pagamento aggiuntivo) senza comunicare il numero. Dovuto cambiare posto dopo impegnative manovre in un cortiletto affollato

Está a 10 minutos andando del centro y muy cerca de la playa. Tienen bicis que puedes alquilar por 2 euros

Cons:

El baño no estaba bien limpio. Había bastantes pelos en el lavabo, el suelo y la ducha. El jabón de manos estaba acabado cuando llegué. Las instalaciones son muy viejas. El desayuno muy mal. Checkout demasiado pronto a las 10:00. Demasiado caro para lo que es.

Great location near the beach, but bathroom could be better
Pros:

I stayed here for a weekend, so it was a very short stay.
The big plus of the hotel is the location. It is only about 5 minutes on foot from the beach. You just cross the street, walk to the beach entrance, and you are there.
The hotel is about 30 minutes on foot from the main train station. If you do not like walking or have a lot of luggage, I would suggest taking a taxi or using the bus. I cannot say much about public transportation because I walked the distance, and for me it was fine.
The location is also good for walking to the center. It takes around 30 minutes, but it is a nice and pleasant walk. There are many restaurants and cafés along the way.
The people at the hotel were nice and polite. The room was simple, the bed was okay, and there was enough space. I did not see anything bad in terms of cleanliness in the room, so for me it was okay. The air conditioning worked very well, which was perfect because the weekend was hot.
I had an Economy Double on the ground floor. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom had some negative points. It may be that the other rooms are better, so I can only speak from my own experience.
Overall, I would suggest this hotel, especially because the location is very good for the beach. However, if I stayed here again, I would probably pay a bit extra and choose a different room instead of the Economy Double on the ground floor.

Cons:

What I did not like was mainly the bathroom and the noise.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. The sink area did not look fully clean. Also, the toilet seat was in a very uncomfortable position. It was difficult to sit straight because the toilet was very close to the sink.
The shower door also had mould on it, and it did not look like it had been cleaned properly for a while. Because of this, I did not feel very comfortable taking a shower.
Another point was that the walls seemed very thin. At night, I could hear my neighbor snoring, and I could also hear people outside quite easily. So the room was not very quiet.
