Colchón y almohadas muy cómodas

Cons:

Recibimiento pésimo, el baño con bañera y sin cortina que se salía el agua. El pasillo comunitario prácticamente a oscuras porque no había luces suficientes.

La disponibilidad y el trato muy amable del personal. Llegué tarde ya por la noche, pero me sentí muy bien acogida y hasta me ofrecieron la posibilidad de cenar.

Cons:

La cama no era muy cómoda y había varias cosillas rotas en la habitación, pero en general para una noche me pareció bien.

El municipio en el que estaba el alojamiento era bonito, aunque no era el que yo pensaba cuando reservé siguiendo los pasos en Booking para reservar en un lugar concreto.

Cons:

En Booking estaba mal ubicado el hotel. Llevaba a engaño. Cuando busqué alojamiento lo hice en el casco antiguo de Cuenca y acabé a varios quilómetros en otro municipio. Atribuyo el problema a Booking.com. En la reserva se indicaba que el municipio en el que estaba era Cuenca y, sin embargo, era otro municipio.
Me ha supuesto tener que usar varios taxis.

Absolutamente todo. Llegamos allí y no habia nadie para hacer el check in, tuvimos q llamar al número de teléfono y esperar a q viniera alguien a abrirnos. Para hacer el check out ni siquiera vino nadie, nos tocó volver a llamar y simplemente nos dijeron deja la llave en el sitio y ya.
