Pros:

Schöne Zentrale Lage. Wir konnten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Zimmer auch

Cons:

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber nicht bekommen. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock und die Treppen ziemlich steil. Für uns kein Problem aber Menschen mit Geh- Einschränkung hätten ziemliche Probleme gehabt.
Das Badezimmer war für uns OK aber sehr,sehr klein und eng. Körperbetonte Menschen hätten auch hier ein Problem.

Lovely quiet place for exploring Goslar
Pros:

The owner was very friendly and efficient, and booked a taxi for us to get back to the station.

Cons:

Too much to eat at breakfast! I kept being offered a boiled egg, even though I said 3 times that I can't eat eggs; they make me ill

The room was nice, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Most of the time there was no staff available. The bathroom show didn't drain, and the wifi was terrible.

Das Schlafzimmer war OK.

Cons:

Kontakt ging ausschließlich per Handy. Frühstück war gebucht, leider wurde keins geboten. Personalmangel, der Telefonkontakt hatte keine Ahnung davon. So habe ich die Frühstücke für 2 Tage storniert. Der Telefonkontakt zeigte sich sehr großzügig, dass es die Kosten zurück erstattet. Das sollte eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Wiedergutmachung gab es nicht. Aus der Unterkunft könnte man viel machen, wenn man an Vermietung interessiert wäre. Die ruhige und dennoch recht zentrale Lage ist von Vorteil. Goslar ist eine tolle Stadt mit vielen netten Leuten und Gästen, aber das Gästehaus Graul zählt leider nicht dazu. Für mich nie wieder. Leider habe ich bei Buchung nicht auf die Bewertungen geachtet.

Great place to stay in Goslar, especially with a dog.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, very quiet, walking distance from the lovely center of Goslar. All was on an honesty basis, and I was given a call to make sure I had the details for the check-in. There are green areas right nearby for walking the dog.

Cons:

No fridge in the room (I had a medicine than needed to be kept refrigerated). But there is a self-serve mini-bar at the reception so I was able to use that.
