Excellent we will definitely be back!
Pros:

Extremely clean hotel and the staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to assist us with a few items we needed. Everyone was friendly and always saying hello to guests.

Cons:

Design and location of bathroom. Bathroom lighting with frosted glass doors doesn't work. Turning on lights to use facilities lights up whole room and is directed right at sleepers.

Everything was super clean and new. Breakfast had options I've never seen anywhere else. Staff very professional. One of the few hotels in the area that provides cribs!

Cons:

I suggested to them that they could unpack the crib for the guests so it would be ready for a sleeping child to go straight to bed. Also they didn't have any crib sheets, so I laid a towel down.

The facility is clean and front desk was friendly

Cons:

The room is HOT...thermostat says that it's on Cool and set temp in the 60s but it never got below 70, maintained 74-76 degrees. I notified front desk and they sent maintenance who because it said it was on cool and it was blowing that it was "fine." Also, beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.

Good location but most likely will not stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean as was lobby.

Cons:

Could hear guests very clearly thru the walls as well as heard the guests above us as they walked. Hard to sleep due to the thin walls and limited insulation in walls and floors. Breakfast had a variety of food however it was not high quality offerings. Free wifi was very slow, faster wifi was offered for a price.

Amazing staff and great breakfast
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. The variety of the breakfast was amazing, but the best part of the hotel was the staff. They were warm and empathetic and genuinely cares about our stay. The general manager should be very proud.

Fantastic! Will be making this our regular place to stay when we travel for work and family!
Pros:

Well taken care of, breakfast was great, and all of the staff was amazing! Very friendly!

Cons:

Everything was great! Wish they had a hot tub though.
