Excellent stay in Phuket
Pros:

Its right in the kata biz district. Walkable to the market, night alley and if you are adventurous enough, even to the beach

Cons:

Room is a bit small but its an acceptable tradeoff

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am but rooms next to us had activity all night and if you sleep in the hall it will bother you

Hotel em remodelações mas com boas condições.
Perto da praia 10 minutos a pé e praia numa zona sossegada.
Pequeno almoço nao tem muita escolha mas nao estava mau.

Pros:

Отдыхали в Grand Kata VIP всей семьёй и остались очень довольны! Отель современный, чистый и уютный. Номер был просторный, с кухней, большим балконом и всем необходимым для комфортного проживания.

Особенно хочется отметить персонал — все сотрудники очень доброжелательные, улыбчивые и всегда готовы помочь. Уборка проводилась ежедневно и качественно.

Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными. Порадовало наличие нескольких бассейнов, где всегда можно было спокойно отдохнуть.

Расположение отеля отличное: до пляжа Ката можно дойти пешком за 10–15 минут, рядом находятся ночной рынок, магазины, кафе, массажные салоны и 7-Eleven. Это очень удобно.

Спасибо Grand Kata VIP за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I truly loved the size of the room—it felt spacious, comfortable, and just right for relaxing after a long day. The room was also very clean, and the facilities were excellent. Everything I needed was available and well maintained.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s extremely convenient—just about 1 minute away from 7/11 and nearby laundry services. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and massage shops, so there are lots of options for food and self-care nearby.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I like the cleanliness, the layout, the whole hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and they can speak English, and the location is quite good near the beaches and near lots of shops and markets

Cons:

The rooms are beautiful, very modern and well laid out. The only issue is electric plugs is on the wrong places, very difficult to charge your phone while eating or watching TV or sleeping next to the bed. There’s no plugs near the beds far across the room on the other side. The thinking didn’t go into the planning when it came to charging phones and having plugs easily accessible for visitors and guests

Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent staff.
Pros:

We had the room with the plunge pool and it was an excellent way for my disabled husband to cool down and relax after a long day. The room was nice and AC worked well.

Cons:

Lots of noise from construction still.

I really liked the rooms and the decor.
The living area being separate from the bedroom was great, because it removed the tv from the room.
The bathroom was fantastic, full size bath was great.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the fridge was so small.

Pros:

Super petit déjeuner et en plus la viande est halal
Grande chambre, logement très propre. Tout les équipements sont neufs.
Belles piscines.
Marché de nuit (night market) à 2 min à pied
Dans la rue de l’hôtel il y’a massage, restaurant, 7/11 …

Cons:

Personnel qui oublie souvent lors du nettoyage de chambre le savon, brosse à dents etc
À coté de la plage, mais c’est une plage sale donc impossible de se baigner (l’eau est marron à cause des eaux usées rejetées par les hôtels, les constructions autour de la plage et les habitations de kata)
