Reasonable place to stay at Kata, near the night market
Pros:

Easy parking at the basement.
Walking distance to the night market.
Nearby 24hour convenience stores.
Plenty of shops opposite and beside the hotel (Tailors, Thai Massage, Pharmacy, Fast food etc)

Cons:

Received a strange message from the Hotel a few days before my stay, that I had to reconfirm the booking or else they would cancel the stay. This was not right as I had already fully paid.

The Hotel did apologise in an email reply explaining that it was a purported 'standard' message. I feel Hotels should not be sending such messages as 'standard' message. It creates unnecessary anxiety to visitors.

Приветливый, вежливый персонал. Просторный номер. Чистота.

Cons:

Полотенца не белые, застиранные.
Было очень шумно, так как рядом велись строительные работы, которые начинались с очень раннего утра.

Pros:

Herkes çok güler yüzlü, Yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.
Plaja ve night markete yakınlığı çok başarılı

מיקום מעולה. חדר כושר טוב עם מזגן טוב, יש מספיק משקולות ומכונות. ארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה.

בחדר הכושר אין מגבות ואין מתקן למים. בבריכה יש מזנון אך לרוב אין שם איש צוות זמין.

Pros:

Location is fantastic for kids as the area isnt over run by weed shops. Possibly quieter than other streets but still noisy. The appartment was clean and more spacious than expected. Pools were good as they were quite empty. No mozzie bites so the hotel is generallt clean.

Cons:

Quite noisy from day (building works.....I appreciate you are expanding) to night. I didnt like the 5th floor pool breathing in metal and dust from the building works when the wind blew towards the pool. Hotel should close part of the pool or hotel and discount it rather than not telling anyone. Very disappointed.

Comfortable stay at an excellent location for food, snacks, shopping, massage and 15 mins walk to the beach.
Pros:

Location was excellent and bed was very comfortable. The one bedroom apartment I was in had everything I needed.

Cons:

Breakfast needed more variety I think. Quite close to a busy street - some guests can be a bit noisy. Thankfully I brought my earplugs so I could still sleep despite the noise. TV needed instructions to change language back to English (it was in Russian) - but I managed with Google and a translation app on my phone.
