Расположение комплекса, персонал и общая атмосфера.
Мало двухместных номеров и цена- качество не в соответствии. Элементарные тапки, кондиционер, москитная сетка в дефиците. А удобства на этаже - это перебор. Не мало двухместных номеров в других местах проживания за (от) 750 до 900 грн., но загвоздка в распоряжении. Как-то так.

Меблі полускані від старості, не має ремонту, телевізор не працював.
Дівчина в окулярах- адміністратор, ставлю 10 балів. Тікайте з тієї бомжарні, Ви заслуговуєте на нормальну роботу. Розташування також 10 балів, красиве озеро у Києві.
все дуже старе, гнилі (в прямому сенсі) плінтуси, грибок, у ванні страшний запах хлорки (аж цікаво, що вони роблять), на вулиці вночі щось гуде. Великі питання до пожежної безпеки
готель бере бали своїм розташуванням та логістикою. А так радянська шняга, яка застрягла в 80-х.
