Categories

Cleanliness
4
Multiple reviews cite heavy dirtiness: mold on appliances, spiders, rust, unpleasant smells — overall clearly below standard.
Service
10
Several guests praise a very friendly, welcoming reception/young administrator; otherwise service generally described as attentive when mentioned.
Location
10
Many comments report an excellent location and nice balcony views; some note trade-offs (near highway or far from station), but location is repeatedly highlighted as a strong point.
Room Quality
6
Mixed room quality: some rooms are spacious with new/comfortable furniture, others are old, in need of renovation or have no windows — overall below average to average.
Amenities
8.5
Amenities are mixed but generally functional: working air conditioning/heating present in some rooms, balcony available; negatives include old fridge, no TV in some rooms, no elevator.
Value for Money
10
At least one guest explicitly notes good price/quality and several indicate acceptable conditions for an overnight stay, suggesting strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
4.5
Restaurant/service for meals was reported as not operating and guests noted lack of food provision — F&B offering is poor or unavailable.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall mixed experience: strong location, friendly reception and good value contrast with poor cleanliness and aged rooms; suitable for a short overnight stay but disappointing for longer stays.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:
