Amazing staff! Exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

Staff were amazing!, so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and modern and spacious. Pool and other services like the laundry service were ten out of ten, so handy for backpack travelling! Great location too!

Cons:

Nothing it was a great stay!

나는 108호 먹었는데 너무 사람들이 금요일날 밤이라 그런지 또 들었고 새벽 1시 반 두시까지도 계속 계속 떠드는 것 때문에 잠을 못 잤다 제지 하는 직원도 없다 문 바깥에 소리가 다 침실 한 까지 들린다 방음이 절대로 안 된다 한국 사람 가지 마라

I would say this is more like a hostel but very good, nice pool area. Small kitchen area with a microwave which was handy. Around a 15 minute walk to the main area of Chiang Mai. Basic hostel/hotel, great price point.
