Baden-Baden ist eine besondere Stadt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war im Café des Rathauses gegenüber und hat uns gut gefallen. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Lift war direkt vor unserem Zimmer. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Wir konnten auf Anfrage unser Gepäck noch vor der Abreise unterstellen.
Die Lage des Hotels war in der Altstadt, ganz in der Nähe des Lokals Löwenbräu, in dem wir sehr gut gegessen und getrunken haben. Ein Musiker hat uns dazu mit seinem Saxofon und seiner Klarinette beglückt. die Atmosphäre mit den beleuchteten Bäumen war sehr schön.

Cons:

Im Treppenhaus und Lift hat es sehr nach Essen gerochen. Am Montag Morgen wurden die Mülltonnen vorm Haus erst relativ spät geleert.

Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, en pleno centro.
Habitación grande con aire acondicionado.
Cenamos en el restaurante que tienen abajo y todo estuvo perfecto, Rolan es un buen anfitrión.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, pensabamos que el desayuno era en la terracita de arriba (lo que se ve en las fotos) y es en un restaurante que tienen enfrente.

Hôtel décevant!
Pros:

L'emplacement était bien, la chambre était correcte.

Cons:

Pas de réception, donc pas de possibilité de demander quelque chose. Aucun personnel vu le matin de notre départ. Accueil léger, paiement de la main à la main de la taxe de séjour...
et gros problème de ventilation dans la salle de bain, très bruyante. Nous avons enlevé la carte activant l'électricité pour la nuit pour pouvoir dormir.
Enfin l'écran de la télé était cassé! je l'ai signalé pour être sûre de ne pas être mise en cause, mais pas de souci ils étaient au courant (!!)
et pour finir, le petit déjeuner était à prendre à la salle d'un autre hôtel, où le personnel était étonné que nous venions prendre notre petit déjeuner ici, il a dit qu'il allait s'arranger avec eux...

Kamer top, maar slechte communicatie

De kamer was groot, de badkamer ook. Heel goede bedden en perfecte locatie

Cons:

Er was geen receptie en ook nergens aangegeven waar we ons moesten melden. Wij hadden geen warm water en konden daardoor niet douchen. Gemeld aan het hotel. We waren al weg, maar meer dan een dankjewel voor het melden, kregen we niet. Mss was een restitutie wel op zn plaats geweest

Потрясающее расположение в самом сердце города. Комфортабельный , уютный и чистый отель с очень удобной кроватью. Персонал выше всяких похвал ! Мы провели изумительный отпуск и обязательно приедем еще раз!

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer!
Pros:

Wir haben ein schönes, großes Zimmer bekommen.
Die Lage fantastisch, alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Check in/ Check Out waren sehr einfach.
Die Ausstattung im Zimmer und Badezimmer war sehr modern und sehr schön. Gute Klima Anlage, WLAN und sehr bequemes Bett. Es war alles sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Fernseher war kompliziert zu benutzen und nur zu wenig Sendungen zu sehen.

Great central location for exploring Baden Baden.
Pros:

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Baden Baden. Right in the middle of the core restaurant action. Nice, big room with a comfortable bed. There's a very popular restaurant on the main floor of the building if you don't want to walk too far. The buffet breakfast was excellent and was served at a restaurant across the street.

Cons:

The WiFi was free but it was fairly weak in our room on the 3rd floor. There was no front desk so you need to hunt for the staff when you get there. We found them in the first floor restaurant's kitchen. Also, at check out there was no staff to be found so we left the key in the room.
