Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and comfortable- homely with personal service.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but adequate. I liked the personal service by the staff member serving and preparing it. He was very accommodating and friendly. I appreciated that there was a kettle in the room.

Cons:

Wasn’t prepared for the stairs. My room was on the 3rd floor.

A wonderful stay in an authentic hotel with great views, comfort, and excellent service

A clean and comfortable hotel in a great location, located in an authentic building. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The cozy room had a beautiful view and a lovely balcony, which was a great place to relax.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The mattress was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely all round.
Pros:

Cute hotel, friendly staff. Good full breakfast. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Offered to hold our luggage at no extra charge while we hiked the tour de mont blanc. Would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to get back to Chamonix someday.
