Overall good location and good hotel
Pros:

Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly

Cons:

Overall i feel Pullman is really a great hotel. However i encountered two incidents that i really don’t like
First, people smoked near the elevator or in the room. Quite smelly. Although the staff said they checked it asap and it was ok when I return to the room after few hours, it does mean the hotel did not reinforce this very seriously
Second, during the breakfast, the cook are really unprofessional. I ordered the omelette at the first one and then few ladies ordered it after me. After half an hour I didn’t get any and all others were served. When I went to ask about it, the newly cooked one was given to another but not me.

Nice and convenient transit
Pros:

room was spacious, clean and the bed also very comfortable. I was there only for an overnight transit before continuing my journey. So, a comfortable bed and clean room are really important for me.

Cons:

This is 5-star hotel where I saw quite number of expats stay here but the staff's ability to speak English is below average. Even at the front office they have a bit difficulty to communicate in English and has to use translator. I ordered a steak that wasn't cheap and it came as a piece of meat without any side dishes, I don't bother to complain as the staff who took my order could not understand me either, so I just leave it as I need to rest early.

Pros:

위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 전망도 좋았고 소청리 조양가 등 가까워서 편하게 다녔습니다. 조식이나 라운지 음식도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Cons:

체크인 체크아웃 줄이 조금 있었던 것은 아쉬웠습니다. 그러나 크게 오래걸리진 않았습니다.
