Terrible Experience
Pros:

Showers were ok and there was free coffee. The pods were quite cool but too hot and uncomfortable.

Cons:

We arrived at 2am to be told the double capsule we asked for was not available so would we be ok in two singles. Again, it was 2am so we said ok as long as they are in the same room. We had messaged them about the room on booking.com prior to our stay.

After a whole 45 minute check in where we had to go down to the atm to get money out for a deposit because we were 15 ringitt short of the 50 Malaysian ringitt - despite saying we would do it first thing in the morning and we would leave our ID as a substitute until we could give them 50. We understand this is a part of their policy but we want to warn other travellers that they will require the deposit immediately and you cannot wait until the morning or leave your ID as a substitute like you might have been able to in other places.

After another 10 minutes of the receptionist finding a single bed for us to sleep in turns out there were no beds in the same room. The receptionist opened up a capsule above us and it turns out someone was sleeping in it. We had already paid at this point and it was now past three. My friend was told she could sleep in the capsule outside the kitchen and I sleep in the capsule in the room. We said no we were not comfortable sleeping in separate rooms and this was not what we agreed to when we paid. In addition, the capsule next to the kitchen was going to be noisy in a couple of hours when everyone else wakes up. Also that capsule was not made up yet - it was past three am so we ended up in sleeping in the same single capsule.

The next morning we came out and asked for our second night (the night we did not want to stay for) to be refunded after our sleeping arrangements that we agreed to prior to paying were not met.

Can do better with maintenance
Pros:

The staff was nice. Lounge was clean.

Cons:

Came in March 2026. Take a space capsule for couple. The blanket was smelly a bit, like not properly dry, toilet a bit run down but water pressure is fine. Capsule made a lot of noise even a small movement. The bed very thin but pillow was fine

Funkar för en natt inget annat

Cons:

Frukosten var katastrof med bara en brödskiva, kapseln var varm och dåligt med luft. Sängen var hård. Och det var inte ens så billigt

Cons:

Bed takda aircond, ada kipas tapi tak terasa pon angin nya.. sangat2 panas.. not recomended..

The bathroom floor is really not nice to look at. The whole bathroom ,,capsule” needs a renovation or a mass cleanup
