Pros:

Hotel in una bellissima posizione con stupenda vista mare dalla piscina ed una terrazza panoramica per indimenticabili aperitivi al tramonto.
Camera spaziosa e con terrazza vista mare.
Tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile con un grazie speciale ad Elena alla reception che ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalita’ dandoci tante indicazioni e suggerimenti per rendere ancora più piacevole la vacanza a Salina.

Spectacular views
Pros:

The location was to die for. Relaxing in the pool looking out to the water was just amazing. At night you could enjoy a few cocktails up on the terrace.

The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all.

Cons:

I would have liked a little more options on the dinner menu eg steak.

What a hoot!
Pros:

Great welcome despite the fact we arrived before the check-in time. It was useful to have the chance to leave the luggage and hop on a rented e-scooter (provided by the hotel) to meet our friends in the next town.
As it was a b'day trip for my partner the chef kindly provided a lovely fresh and fruity birthday cake.
The staff are all amazing, welcoming and cheerful.

Cons:

It would have been great to get a late check-out, but, we understand that this hotel happened to be fully booked.
The facilities though were available to us to use until our departure.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Von der persönlichen Begrüßung bei der Ankunft, über die außergewöhnlich schöne Hotelanlage, welche liebevoll bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht wurde, bis hin zum wahnsinnig aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Ausnahmslos jede/r Mitarbeiter/in versucht den Aufenthalt einzigartig zu gestalten. Wirklich größtes Lob an das gesamte Team!

We were all incredibly impressed with the staff and facilities
Pros:

We felt immediately welcomed by the hotel, management and staff. Attention to detail and our every need was impeccable. Isabella was incredibly accommodating and delightful to be with. Breakfast was above standard and the overall gathering spaces very well designed.

Absolutely everything! Fantastic staff, spectacular location, this Hotel has it all. It is impossible not to leave refreshed and fully relaxed. Possibly the best place we have ever stayed, and we certainly plan to return. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay extra special.
