كل الشكر والتقدير لفريق العمل على حسن الاستقبال والاحترافية، وأخص بالشكر الأخ عمر، الموظف المصري الرائع، على أخلاقه العالية وابتسامته واهتمامه الكبير براحة الضيف. شخص يستحق كل التقدير والثناء.
وأشكر إدارة الفندق أيضًا على ترقية الغرفة، كانت لفتة جميلة أضافت الكثير إلى تجربتي.

فقط تعامل الموظفة بالاستقبال المصرية لا اعرف اسمها كانت فظه في تعاملها وأسلوبها أبدا لا يتناسب مع حجم الفندق وفخامته.. طلبت مني الخروج عند الساعة 12 ظهرا رغم اتفاقي مع ادارة الفندق ان خروجي سيكون عند الساعة 2 ظهرا
It has everything you need and great friendly staff
Location
Approved early check-in 2-3 . But when I got to the hotel at 3.10pm they said the room will only be ready at after 4pm.
Place was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable as well. The breakfast - Excellent!
Location was ok as its quite close to Bluewaters and The Walk and easily accesible by taxi. Walking from the hotel to Bluewaters is nice during winter. Summer, different story.
The TV dont have access to youtube to play and have to connect our phones.

Typical clean and quality hotel.
Parking was an issue for my large size truck. Staff ask to provide a car park in nearby hotel.
The location is great. You can easily take a walk along the Marina promenade, and JBR Beach is also within walking distance. The city center is a bit further away, so you’ll probably need a car or taxi, although public transport is also easily accessible.
The hotel itself is clean, well-kept, and has fairly modern furniture and bathrooms. I also liked the toiletries provided and waste reduce concept. There’s a nice outdoor pool. It’s not very big, but it’s a lovely place to relax, and even on a hot days I found it comfortable there.
There’s also some games area and laundry facilities, which is really convenient if you need them. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service was good.
I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. Overall, it’s a great place with a good price-to-quality ratio.
There was a slight smell of dampness in the room.
