Gute Lage

Cons:

Die Klima Anlage war im gesamten Hotel ausgefallen, daher war es in den Zimmern sehr heiß.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in angenehmer Atmosphäre
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Blick auf die Mur. Unser Fahrrad konnten wir sicher in der Garage unterstellen. Der Service war freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Mitarbeiterin war auf Mittagspause im Büro und die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Ein Hinweis darauf war nicht ersichtlich, als wir ins Büro geschaut haben, meinte sie sie hat uns gehört, aber sie ist auf Mittag und sie dachte wir gehen wieder wenn keiner kommt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es war auch für jeden etwas dabei! Die Betten waren super bequem!

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Feueralarm um 4 Uhr in der Früh! Das kann natürlich passieren aber beim Check out wäre niemand auf die Idee gekommen irgendwie ein Wort darüber zu verlieren! Noch dazu war die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück äußerst unfreundlich gegenüber anderen Gästen! Gewisse Dinge kann man auch einfach normal ansprechen und muss nicht sofort patzig werden. Auch der Gesichtsausdruck der Dame lies zu wünschen übrig
