Epic view and nice stay in Tbilisi to explore the city
Pros:

The view is amaizing! This was really epic! Everyting else was also as expected, clean room, airconditioning, etc. Nice hotel to stay! The staff was friendly and they also got us in touch with somebody who could support with airport transfer, which was also perfect!

Поганий стан номерів, готель потребує реставрації та ремонту
Pros:

В готелі доволі високий рейтинг, але насправді готель потребує ремонту. Ми мали проживати в готелі 10 ночей, але після першої ночі прийняли рішення переселитися в інший готель. В номері, де ми були, на стінах була пліснява, меблі були в поганому стані, унітаз був без кришки і зламаний (вода постійно текла), розетка була вирвана зі стіни, штори були в дірках, стіни були в тріщинах, в кімнаті був запах вологи.
Нам запропонували замінити номер на інший, він був трохи кращий, але все одно меблі мали поганий стан, стіни були брудні та з тріщинами.
На сніданку був дуже обмежений вибір їжі.
Натомість, відмічу, що персонал був доволі привітним та погодились повернути нам кошти за проживання, однак сам готель потребує реставрації.

Pros:

Najprzyjemniejsze z całego pobytu były śniadania z widokiem na miasto.
Z powodu mojej pomyłki zarezerwowałam pokój bez okna (którego w ogóle nie polecam) ale na szczęście obsługa pozwoliła nam wymienić pokój kolejnego dnia.

Cons:

Średnia chęć komunikacji od strony hotelu, nie uporządkowane otoczenie hotelu w pokojach z balkonem.
W pokoju bez okna nie domykały się drzwi w związku z tym osoba, która leżała na łóżku mogła obserwować drugą osobą jak korzysta z toalety.

Pros:

Very Nice staff. The breakfast was amazing - home cook with Georgia specialties everyday.
Bed was very large and we had a great view of Tbilisi city while being a shy 10min walk from the city centre. Great value for money

Pros:

Год назад останавливался там, мне понравилось, и решил остановится еще раз. Это была огромная ошибка.
Единственное что осталось на нормальном уровне это завтрак. Можно не плохо поесть и плюс есть кофеварка доступная 24/7.

Cons:

Такого запущенного отеля я давно не встречал. За год поменялось всё координально.
Сначало нас поселили в номер, где в душевой везде было много плесени, крышка в туалет была сломана, вешалка для полотенец сломана, в комнате все стены были в ужасном состоянии грязные, побитые, плинтуса оторваны....
Мы требовали заменить комнату, но нас сначало обманули и сказали что нет номера. Когда начали требовать деньги обратно, вдруг нашли другую, чуть получше но тоже в не хорошем состоянии.
В другом номере дверь в туалет стеклянная прозрачная, тоесть с кровати видно кто сидит на унитазе.... Занавески висят не понятно как, душевая болталась на соплях, сломана крышка унитаза, матрас ужасный, изношенный. Опять оторванные плинтуса, даже стаканы разные были, в номере только один стул был что не удобно. Воды не было, холодиьника тоже..... В общем полное разочерование.
Что можно сказать, если при входе даже не ковёр, а грязная тряпка лежит для ног.... Тотальная разруха.
Работники говорят что отель старый и требуется реновация, но дело не в реновации а в запущенности, возмите краску, покрасте стены, поменяйте плинтуса, подкрутите сантехнику, поменяйте крышки на унитазах и будет вам счастье. Вы просто ленивые!

Не смотрите на официальные три звезды этого отеля, внутри вы найдете все пять!
Pros:

Расположение отличное, атмосфера по-настоящему душевная, а гостеприимство такое теплое, что чувствуешь себя как дома. Обязательно берите номер с балконом. Вид на Тбилиси оттуда открывается просто сумасшедший! Ну а домашние завтраки от Мары - это отдельная любовь, безумно вкусно и приготовлено с душой. Вернемся обязательно!

Exceptional Hospitality and Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff were amazing, especially Gigi. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He definitely deserves a promotion.

The hotel also offers a very convenient airport shuttle service through a third-party provider. The breakfast felt homemade and included delicious traditional Georgian dishes.

We stayed here twice, both at the beginning and the end of our trip, and we would happily stay here again.
