В гостиннице такого типа не оказалось холодильника в номере комната без окна что привело к болезни дочери на просбьу взвесить счемодан весов не оказалось ЗАВВТРАК очень слабенький по сравнению с гостинницей в ТБИЛИСИ в котгорой мы были 3 недели назад

Pros:

Exceptional Breakfast: This was the best breakfast we had in Georgia! There was a great variety of delicious hot and cold local dishes, along with good coffee.

Wonderful Breakfast Staff: The two ladies running the breakfast were absolutely lovely and provided great service.

Great Views: We loved eating breakfast on the small outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of Tbilisi.

Excellent Value: The price was the lowest we paid during our entire trip to Georgia.

Good Location: The hotel is on a hill but close enough to walk to Rustaveli Avenue. The walk back uphill is a bit strenuous, but it was not an issue for us.

Cleanliness & Staff: The room was clean, and all of the staff members we encountered were very nice.

Cons:

Unacceptable Toilet Issue: The absolute biggest minus was the toilet seat. It was broken, missing parts, and completely unattached to the toilet, making it easy to slip off. I have never seen something like this in a hotel before.

Needs Renovation: While the room was clean, the wear and tear was highly visible. The space feels old and is in dire need of a refurbishment.

Not Good Anymore! Poor Condition and Terrible Management.
Pros:

This is not the same hotel that everyone raved about one year ago (myself included). Giga is gone. The experience is not the same, and the management and staff working there now do not care. That said, the view from the balconies is still nice, and the breakfast is still decent.

Cons:

This time we got Room 106, which is two floors below the reception, which feels like a dungeon. Despite the listing here on this website, there was no refrigerator in the room. I mentioned this to the receptionist, but he just shrugged. The beds were small like kids' beds, super low to the floor, and the pillows were old and worn out. The air-con struggled to cool the room properly. There was no bidet in the bathroom. The toilet sometimes did not refill with water right away. We found food trash from a previous guest in the desk drawer which was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Our room would not lock from the outside. We notified the receptionist, and left the key with him as we went out for the day. We came back to find it had not been fixed, and our room had just been left open all day (with our passports, etc., as there is also no safe in the room). Poor lighting. No shelves or hooks in the bathroom. The location is inconvenient, as there is nothing nearby, and we knew this already from our last stay, but now it's no longer worth it. We will never stay here again.

Не описать словами, как нам понравился отдых! Вид из номера был основным критерием при выборе отеля, но, как оказалось, настоящим достоянием гостиницы является не он, а персонал! Люди с большой буквы: Илона, Мара, Артур, Ирина, Gi-gi…

В виду внезапного ухудшения состояния здоровья нам многократно требовалась помощь и все сотрудники делали максимум, чтобы облегчить и скрасить последние дни в Тбилиси. Каждый день мы чувствовали, что окружены заботой, а это дорогого стоит. Человечное отношение и неравнодушие в беде многое значат. Будем рады вернуться, еще раз благодарю от всего сердца ♥️
