The hotel itself is quite nice, and the breakfast was good.
During very hot weather, with temperatures around 30–35°C, the air conditioning was not working. There was also a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, especially when using the water, and the hot water ran out very quickly.
What disappointed me the most was the staff’s response. When I reported these issues, I was simply told that nothing could be done. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no alternative solution offered.
Unfortunately, because of these problems and the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel.
