Lake View .. food and easy to find services in Luzon
Noise+ smile of kitchens when we sit at balacony
Very pretty location, close to the lake but an uphill walk to the shopping area.
Staff were of a mixed caliber. Some were very helpful and some were a little cold and disengaged.
Beautiful room, great location, very nice breakfast location and food quality, wonderful staff!
Need better food choices and seating choices for casual dining on terrace area - under utilized.

Posizione eccezionale.
Era già stata al Beau Rivage e ancora una volta non mi ha delusa
Complimenti!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne from the very first moment we arrived.
The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated being given our room earlier as it was already available. It immediately set the tone for the whole experience.
We started with drinks in the lobby bar, which were fantastic, and continued to explore the hotel’s facilities everything is done to a very high standard. The variety of restaurants and bars is impressive, with excellent cocktails throughout.
A special highlight was dinner at Kaigan the Japanese restaurant. The food was outstanding. One of the best sushi experiences we have had in Switzerland, with a great fusion concept, delicious tempura, and excellent teppanyaki. The hotel also offers a two-Michelin-star restaurant, which we are already planning to visit next time.
The room was beautifully designed in a classic style, yet fully refurbished and extremely functional. Everything felt thoughtful and well executed. It truly gives you the feeling of being in a proper five-star hotel.
The spa and pool area are also exceptional. The outdoor space with sand feels almost like a private beach, and the food and drinks at the beach bar were just as good as in the rest of the hotel.
What impressed us the most is how incredibly well maintained the hotel is. You can feel the attention to detail everywhere even in the smallest corners, everything is spotless.
We genuinely loved everything about this hotel and would absolutely return.
The only point for improvement would be the entrance area near reception at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne.
There is a paravan (decorative partition) placed at the entrance, which feels quite outdated and does not match the otherwise elegant and well-maintained style of the hotel. It slightly affects the first impression when you arrive.
A more open space or a refined design element, such as a beautiful floral arrangement, would elevate this area and better reflect the overall five-star standard.
