Le meilleur Palace de la région.
Pros:

Vue incroyable, petit déjeuner de premier ordre et jardin magnifique. Un vrai palace comme on les aime. Les chambre qui ont été rénovées sont superbes et les draps incroyables.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé avoir du wifi dans la salle de sport. Les machines sont parfaites, mais certaines nécessitent se pouvoir se connecter à son compte technogym et c'est impossible sans un réseau stable dans le fitness. Le réseau qui était disponible ne donnait pas accès à internet. j'aurais aussi aimé pouvoir être recontacté plus rapidement par le spa afin de pouvoir y booker un traitement. Je m'y suis pris un peu tard avec une réservation de dernière minute, mais ça aurait rendu le séjour parfait.

Pros:

Eleganta hotelului, a camerei.
Totul a fost de bun gust.
Atmosfera placuta, personal f. amabil.

Cons:

Din punctul meu de vedere si am vazut asta in alte locatii, micul dejun poate sa fie separat in functie de categoria camerelor.
Asa cum este acum, lipseste intimitatea si îti da senzatia de hranire in masa( cantina).
Personalul face eforturi dar dispare acea nota de exclusivism data de hotel.

De toutes les séjours passés dans cet hôtel, celui-ci a été décevant.
Pros:

Luna au Spa été très aimable et cordiale, bien comme Zita et le Manager à l’accueil du petit déjeuner Dimanche. Bravo à toute l’équipe de la piscine qui été infatigable et très accueillante et souriante.

Cons:

Avant l’arrivée j’ai reçu un message pour remplir l’heure d’arrivée et des demandes spéciales. Ce que j’ai fait néanmoins la demande pour Champagne en chambre et pétales de rose, pour célébrer nos dix ans de mariage, sur le lit n’a pas été respectée :(. En arrivant j’ai fait part à la personne du Check in qui m’a répondu avec ce tarif là il ne croit pas… :(.
Puis après avoir fait le Check out, mon épouse ce sentait avec des forts maux de tête et on m’a indiqué la pharmacie plus proche. J’y suis allé. En revenant nous parlions avec nos enfants au téléphone et une dame à la réception, hors cadre, hors temps, sans un bonjour ou une salutation appropriée est venue nous demander d’éteindre le micro (peut-être serait-il judicieux de faire part à cette dame qu’un appel téléphonique sans micro d’un des côtés s’appelle un monologue ou conversation des fous!) et puis pendant tout ce temps il n’y a pas une personne qui est venu vers mon épouse pour lui demander comment elle allait !!!

Excellent comme toujours ! Etablissement exceptionnel

Cons:

Le parking est facturé 55€ par jour !! C'est abusé !
Pour un hotel de cette classe le parking ne devrait pas être facturé , c'est le point qu'il doivent améliorer.
