Okay - budget option with cons
Pros:

Spacious apartment. Parking. Decent gym.

Cons:

Had to request room cleaning and change of towels. Sometimes first request was ignored. Room smelt like cigarettes. No hot water if cold outside (for example at 5am) and no one told us this. Drain in bathroom smells sometimes.
