Świetny hotel w centrum Włocławka - wszędzie blisko
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel i personel hotelu. Na dole znajduje się kawiarnia oraz patio ze stolikami i krzesłami, gdzie również można spokojnie popracować, także po wymeldowaniu z pokoju. Późny check out to duży plus. Możliwość zostawienia walizki po wymeldowaniu. Późnym wieczorem wejście do obiektu na kod, co jest bardzo wygodne.

Cons:

Parking nieco oddalony od hotelu, ale jest dostępny darmowy. Wymieniłabym dywaniki przy łóżkach, bo odstają od reszty przedmiotów w pokoju, który został wyremontowany. Dla dwóch osób przydałyby się dwie mniejsze kołdry, zamiast jednej - wygodniej się śpi :)

Pros:

It's placed in an excellent location and it has everything you could need it to have! The owners are very nice people. The rooms and the common hotel areas are very very clean. It even has a very quiet courtyard with tables in the internal court.

obiekt nie spełnia oczekiwań hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego, recepcja - wstawione biurko do korytarza, pokoje albo ciemne albo małe, standard pokoju przeciętny - jakość łóżka, mebli, armatury sanitarnej, personel przy okazji obsługuje hotel na bieżąco zajmując się sąsiednią cukiernią

Pros:

Es ist ein schönes, mit Liebe geführtes, Hotel im Zentrum, sehr sauber und ruhig. Alle Mitarbeiter super lieb, zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen!!! Danke für den warmen Empfang und die schöne Zeit!

Odradzam to opuszczone miejsce nie zasługuje na 3 gwiazdki. Już dawno żaden hotel nie naciął mnie ta
Pros:

Jedynie ładny był korytarz w tym hotelu.

Cons:

To nie są nawet 3*. Hotel ma parking ale w innym hotelu kilkaset metrów. Mój pokój był mały ciasny, z małym oknem na dziedziniec. Pokój był wielkości składzika na mopy. W pokoju nie działało ogrzewanie. Nie działał telewizor. Była za to wielka metrowa lodówka która hałasowała niemiłosiernie - wyłączyłem. Hotel to jakieś opuszczone miejsce - chyba byłem jedyny. Nie było nawet stałej recepcji - miła Pani pod telefonem. To wyglądało jakby hotel kończył działalność i na koniec naciął mnie na 394 zł. W tym 55 złotych beznadziejne śniadanie wartości 10 zł. ODRADZAM. Przyjmował mnie jakiś chyba Szef - był niemiły kiedy miałem wątpliwości.

Super pobyt, bardzo czysto !
Pros:

Pokój bardzo ładny, czysty i wygodny. Bardzo duża i czysta łazienka. Niczego w pokoju nie brakowało. Był nawet aneks kuchenny z lodówką i zmywarką (duży plus za takie udogodnienie). Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Zwierzęta domowe są akceptowalne co dla mnie również było ważne.
Hotel oferuje również miejsce parkingowe przed obiektem.

Daję 5 gwiazdek za powyższe :)

Jeśli kiedyś znów będę musiała spać we Włocławku to tylko tam!

Cons:

Niestety śniadania w weekendy od godziny 8. Pani, która przygotowuje śniadania również przyszła na godzinę 8, co skutkowało nie do końca dobrze rozgrzanym ekspresem do kawy i średnią kawą :( Śniadanie całkiem smaczne, chociaż chlebek był czerstwy, a w pomieszczeniu było chłodno.

Niestety za śniadanie tylko 3. Minus za kiepsko zaparzoną kawę (chociaż mleko było doskonale spienione) oraz minus za chłód na sali i opóźnione śniadanie.

Czajnik znajdujący się w pokoju raczej nie jest na płytę indukcyjną (warto pomyśleć o zmianie na elektryczny).
