Voor een overnachting onderweg prima, maar voor de prijs was iets meer hygiëne fijn geweest.

Pros:

Ordentliches, sauberes Zimmer. Gute Größe.
Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Ruhige Lage im Industriegebiet.
Die Innenstadt von Bad Kreuznach ist fußläufig (2 km) erreichbar.
Freundliches Personal und ein solides Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider haben sich nachts rauchende Gäste lautstark unter meinem Zimmerfenster unterhalten.
Der Weg vom Hotel in die Stadt ist nicht schön.

Top kamer, goed restaurant. Maar geen wifi in kamer 430 (einde gang). Heel frustrerend als je nog veel werk hebt

Great one night stay!
Pros:

Superb breakfast! A lot of fresh and healthy options. Everything tasted fresh!
Comfortable big room.

Cons:

You could smell the drain in the shower/bathroom...it was quite potent, but as soon as you let water flow it clears a bit (might be because of construction in the area).

Die Lage ist leider nicht schön ,erinnert an ein Industriegebiet.Lleider kein Kiosk oder sonst etwas vor Ort. Man braucht ein Auto um sich etwas zu kaufen ( Getränke , snacks)

Dejligt hotel med en god morgenmadsbuffet
Pros:

Hotellet var lækkert og meget rent med fine værelser. Vores juniorsuite havde en dejlig altan, og morgenmadsbuffeten var lækker med et godt udvalg.

Cons:

Der manglede lys ved klædeskabene i vores juniorsuite. Værelset havde en stor dobbeltdyne, så vi bad om to enkeltdyner. Der blev dog kun leveret én, og derfor måtte den ene stadig sove med den meget store dobbeltdyne.

Betjeningen i restauranten virkede desværre lidt forhastet. En tjener begyndte at rydde tallerkenerne af, selvom ikke alle ved bordet var færdige med at spise. En anden tjener tog allerede vinglassene væk inden maden, selvom nogle stadig havde vin i glassene og ikke var færdige med at drikke.

Sehr gutes Hotel - nettes Personal - jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Auf unserer Radtour durch die Pfalz und das Naheland haben wir im Etappenort Bad Kreuznach in unserer Stammlocation Leonardo übernachtet. Nettes Personal-schlanker Check-In-Prozess. Zimmer und Bad waren wie immer sehr gut. Großartiges Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr gute Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere beiden E-Bikes. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich war wie immer alles top. Was mir dieses Mal nicht gefallen hat und worüber ich mich sehr geärgert habe, war die Tatsache, dass man auf unsere Wünsche nicht reagiert hat. Das ist unhöflich und das gehört sich für so eine Location nicht. Dafür habe ich in den zwei Tagen vor der Übernachtung tatsächlich 5(!) systembedingte Mails und WhatsApp-Nachrichten erhalten (Online Check-In, Upgrate etc....), was mich überhaupt nicht interessiert hat. Diesen Unsinn sollte Leonardo schleunigst wieder einstellen. Dafür gibt es einen Punktabzug.
