Muy buena atención humana pero esperamos más de instalaciones y desayuno (ninguno de los dos parecían las fotos)

La atención. El staff súper amable y servicial

Cons:

Las instalaciones: el baño no estaba ventilado y tenía un espacio entre la puerta y el piso y la puerta y el techo por lo que cuando te bañabas se empañaba toda la habitación al igual que había malos olores.

El desayuno no era fiel a las fotos.

Great week at Hotel Mayu
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mayu. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, with a special mention to América, who was always ready to assist us throughout our week-long stay.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, with towels, soap, a hairdryer, extra blankets, and everything else we needed. Breakfast was generous and enjoyable.

Cons:

The rooms can be slightly noisy, but that is mainly due to the hotel’s central location.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Staff we're all amazing! Helpful and welcoming. Allowed us to store our bags for our Salkantay Trek and let us do a later checkout on the last day without a problem. Very kind people.

Cons:

I recommend bringing earplugs as some guests are up early for excursions. This is common though and not unique to Mayu.

El hotel cumplió nuestras expectativas! Las instalaciones estuvieron acorde a lo esperado... la cama grande y cómoda, nunca tuvimos problemas para bañarnos con el agua caliente, limpieza todos los días, el wifi llegaba perfecto a la habitación. El personal del hotel es lo más destacable, atendieron nuestras dudas, el trato muy cálido. Lo recomendamos sin dudar

Es parte del paisaje, pero quien no pueda subir o bajar muchas escaleras, es algo a tener en cuenta, ya que está ubicado en una callecita de escaleras.

El personal es grandioso y tu estancia será genial

Sin duda si algo marcó la diferencia en nuestra estancia fue la siempre buena disposición y actitud del personal a cualquiera de nuestras necesidades y peticiones. Fueron sumamente amables, útiles y siempre con recomendaciones buenas de aquello que preguntábamos, y soluciones cómo cuando nuestro Uber no llegó y ellos resolvieron en cuestión de minutos.
Pocos hoteles con personal de esta calidad y carisma todos jóvenes con buena actitud y ética.

Cons:

Las cosas que no gustaron son mínimas. Quizás puede ser la cantidad de escaleras que hay para llegar y que no es de tan fácil acceso. Sin embargo, su ubicación tiene unas vistas hermosas,
Nos gustó mucho que el baño estuviera dentro de una de las habitaciones es interrumpía mucho la privacidad de los huéspedes de esa habitación.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, già da prima del nostro arrivo. Ci hanno aiutato in tutto, risolvendo piccoli inconvenienti a cui siamo andati incontro. La struttura è carinissima, le camere ampie e la vista è molto bella.

The people working there are the best! The place has a café with breakfast, snacks, and water, so you have everything you need (including a cheap laundry service!).
The location was great — just a few steps away from the main street, which makes it a special experience.
Breakfast was awesome — you can choose a hot meal that you would like the chef to make for you.
The room had a plug-in heater, which helps as it gets cold sometimes.
The room was always tidy and well equipped.

This place is located on one of Cusco's most iconic streets. You get to sleep away from all the noise, yet still be in the centre of this magical city. I've already mentioned the positives, but I wanted to highlight one thing.

It's the people working there — in reception, the kitchen, the café, or any other position — who make it one of the best experiences we've ever had while travelling. You just feel at home!
