Cute location, amazing hosts, helped us with everything! And super super nice!

These guys make you feel at home and are ready 24-7 to assist and help you in any way you need. They are incredible friendly and approachable, and they are locals, so you get the best advices from them. This is not one of those fancy hotels chains, this is a family style place. The facility is very nice, it could need some upgrades, but nothing too bad. It is located in an beautiful and iconic street of Cusco that it is only accessible by stairs, so some tour agencies won’t pick you up from the hotel, but from a few blocks away. I’ve stayed there twice, and would stay again for sure!

Just got back from a great visit to Peru. In Cusco, we stayed at Mayu Boutique Hotel. It is located at the top of the hill, overlooking the city, on the prettiest street in town. There is no road outside so it is quiet at night. We felt safe walking around after dark and it was less than 15 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor de Cuzco and all the main sites, and even closer to Saqsaywaman. A range of teas are kindly provided to help tackle any altitude sickness, breakfast was tasty and the rooms are great value for money. The best thing however is the staff. Every person we came into contact with had a huge smile and a heart of gold. Nothing was too much trouble. We left Cusco for a few nights in the middle of our trip to go to Machu Pichu, and we were able to leave our bags there. Not only that, but the day we returned, which was my birthday, we were greeted like old friends, upgraded to a suite that had been decorated for the occasion and served a complimentary birthday cake. Did i mention that part of the money from your stay also goes towards helping the education and health or local children? Do yourself a favour and make sure that you stay here when you visit Cusco! Thank you for making our holiday special.

Staff really want you to have the best stay in Cusco! The view is amazing and location is really nice. In 5 minute walk you have all the cute shops and in 10 minutes you are at the main square. You neede to be in good shape because its up the hill.

Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, nos ajudaram com as bagagens e possuem sempre cha para a questão de altitude da cidade. Também disponibilizaram lanches nos dias que saimos para passeios antes do horario de cafe da manhã. Ambiente acolhedor, tudo limpo e organizado. Chuveiro com água quente, aquecedor funcionando muito bem.

Location is great! Be aware there are several steps if you're carrying large suitcases.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mayu. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, with a special mention to América, who was always ready to assist us throughout our week-long stay.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, with towels, soap, a hairdryer, extra blankets, and everything else we needed. Breakfast was generous and enjoyable.

Was completely beautiful! The hand painted art on the walls is exceptional!

Location is fantastic. Staff we're all amazing! Helpful and welcoming. Allowed us to store our bags for our Salkantay Trek and let us do a later checkout on the last day without a problem. Very kind people.
