Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et serviable.
Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs quelques jours pour aller faire du hiking.

A great stay! Highly recommend!
Pros:

I loved the location! It’s right in the San Blas neighborhood and not far from the plaza de Armas and the archeological sites. The hot water was exceptional! It took a couple minutes to warm up so just be patient with it. The staff was very friendly and helped set up transportation from the airport to the hotel. We were on the last flight into Cusco and got it very late but there was someone at the front desk waiting and ready to check us in! The breakfast was basic but very good. There is a chef who will cook eggs to order. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cusco!

Cons:

The only down side was that the room was slightly cold, but I knew it would be like that since they do not have heat. There are plenty of blankets for the bed so we stayed warm. They also checked in to see if we needed more blankets. Just make sure you have thick socks or slippers for the cold floors. Also there are some stairs to go up right when you get dropped off so just be prepared to carry your bags up.

Cozy and overall a nice stay in Cusco
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and eager to help, especially Silvia and America from the reception.

Cons:

Can be a bit hard to climb the stairs to the place if you have a lot of luggage, but it’s a minor incovenience

Atención excepcional, acogedor, zona bonita
Pros:

La excelente calidad de todo el personal, especialmente de América, quien en todo momento fue amable y dispuesta a que nuestra estancia sea totalmente placentera. Lugar pequeño pero muy acogedor. Buen desayuno. Ubicación top!

Cons:

Está en la calle Siete Borreguitos que es peatonal únicamente, con escaleras, me costó un poco subir con la maleta (por mi poca ejercitación), pero lo vale.

Lovely incredible time
Pros:

First of all the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Debrah, Eduardo and America are always on top of things, super super helpful and ready to solve any issue. I would like to thank them so much ❤️
Moreover hotel is great location, on one of the unique streets, with beautiful views and all the restaurants and bars and cafes around. It has an amazing vibe, very cozy atmosphere and great breakfast. The beds are comfortable and rooms are being provided with electronic heaters so it’s very nice. For me the stay with Mayu was 10000 out of 10 really, great time in Cusco thanks to them !

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stored our bags for the 4 day Salkantay trek and even took them to the room for our return. We arrived on a night bus at 05:00 and they found just a room to get some rest before 11:00 check in. Great coffee shop at the front. Location is in the middle of everything.
