Świetna lokalizacja - blisko centrum i blisko z dworca, jednak nie wybrałbym tego hotelu ponownie.

Kiepski pokój: brudna wykładzina, plamy na ścianach, obdarta tapeta i niedomykające drzwi prysznica, przez co lała się woda na podłogę w łazience.

Serdecznie polecam ten hotel.
Pros:

Bardzo ładny hotel, położony w samym centrum Kielc, dzięki czemu wszędzie jest blisko i można wygodnie zwiedzać miasto. Dużym atutem jest piękna panorama Kielc, którą można podziwiać z 11. piętra – widok naprawdę robi wrażenie!

Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje również personel. Zarówno pracownicy recepcji, jak i osoby sprzątające oraz ochrona są bardzo sympatyczni, uprzejmi i pomocni, co sprawia, że pobyt przebiega w przyjemnej atmosferze.

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, ładne widoki i miłą obsługę. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce wszystkim, którzy planują pobyt w Kielcach. Chętnie wróciłbym tu ponownie!

Na minus zaliczyłbym przede wszystkim ekspresy do kawy, które sprawiają wrażenie dość budżetowych i moim zdaniem należałoby rozważyć ich wymianę na lepszy sprzęt. Drugim mankamentem jest sala jadalniana, która wydaje się zdecydowanie za mała w stosunku do potrzeb gości. W godzinach śniadaniowych może to powodować dyskomfort, dlatego warto byłoby pomyśleć o jakimś dodatkowym lub lepiej zorganizowanym rozwiązaniu, które poprawiłoby wygodę korzystania z tej przestrzeni.
