Pros:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war groß. Wir hatten ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kühl-Gefrierkombie. Waschmaschine,Wäscheständer. Das Wohnzimmer war komfortabel,mit Ess und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Eine super Klimaanlage. Die Terrasse direkt am Pool. Auf der Terrasse ebenso Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter waren alles super nett. Da wir ein Meitwagen hatten,war für uns alles schnell erreichbar. Der von der Unterkunft dazugehörige Strand war in 5min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Eintritt ist kostenlos. Es fährt aber auch ein Shuttel zum Strand

Cons:

Es war nicht wirklich sauber,es lagen im Badezimmer auf dem Boden und der Dusche noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Die Küche war ebenso nicht richtig sauber,überall noch Fettspritzer. Das Geschirr war dreckig,zum Glück ist eine Spülmaschine da gewesen. Die Waschmaschine war sehr dreckig, am Gummie überall schwarzer Schimmel. Die dazugerufene Reinigungskraft war sehr lieb,sie sagt dies wird immer bemängelt aber es ist nicht sauber zu bekommen.

De beachclub van het hotel en de personeel daar.

Cons:

Kamer wordt om de 3dagen schoongemaakt en dat is heel jammer, ik moest zelf toiletpapier halen en steeds water kopen bij de receptie. Je krijgt 1deurkaartje en daardoor kan je je kamer niet verkoelen wat voor een extreme hitte zorgt elke dag en nacht tijdens het slapen. Tv in kamer was ook stuk. Kortom het hotel is niet om aan te raden ondanks dat de eigenaar wel op een aardige man lijkt.

Property was clean, air con was exceptional, staff were brilliant

Cons:

It’s not near the beach like the name of the hotel suggests. Location is very rural, not much around for food and drinks etc.

A szoba rendben volt nagyon,tiszta volt, kényelmes, az erkélyről nyugis kilátás, a csend, a medence szuper volt.

Cons:

A szállás elhelyezkedése, sajnos elég messze van q tengerparttól ez nehézséget okozott. A reggelinél az italautomata nem működött.
Lehetne a reggeli kicsit nagyobb választékú.
Több napot voltunk, lehetne a szobában több kávé,cukor ilyesmi.

Excellent value for money and would stay again.
Pros:

It was very clean, and everything was available. They were very accommodating, the breakfast was good. The swimming pool was good.

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t have pastries selection or juices. We had 2 bedrooms and one of them didn’t have a mirror. The room also had a very small balcony and we couldn’t sit on it.

Hi, I am currently staying at Lara Beach Homes from July 10 to July 13, and I have several complaints regarding my accommodation. Firstly, there is no room service for cleaning or towel changes. Secondly, the shower drainage system is not working, causing water to flood the bathroom floor, which has led to me slipping and injuring my leg. I have reported this issue twice, but it remains unresolved. Additionally, the bathroom power plug is broken, and the door handle is not fixed properly. Poor WiFi signal in room you can’t use it.
WC seat not fixed properly.
I complained it to staff also.

Pros:

Gulcin was very helpful, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the beach staff had an unfriendly attitude. They seemed more focused on monitoring guests than providing good customer service, and I felt that they did not treat all guests equally.

Cons:

We don’t like the attitude of two persons who work on the reception , they usually work in the afternoon and the staff on the beach.
