Pros:

Loistava sijainti Vanhassa kaupungissa! Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti. Kiva, että oli suihku eikä kylpyamme. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin viereisessä todella viihtyisässä ravintolassa, jonne kävelut noin 10 sekunttia hotellilta. Aamiaisen sai tilata listalta (voit valita yhden annoksen), yhden lämpimän juoman ja mehua rajattomasti.Annokset hyviä, laadukkaita ja täyttäviä. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin klo 9-13 välillä eli jos sinulla aikaisempi check-out,niin kannattaa kysyä kuinka tällöin toimitaan.

Cons:

Portaita yli 50 hotelin kerrokseen! Tämä raskasta,jos painavat laukut (kuten meillä oli!) tai jos olet liikuntarajoitteinen.
Televisiosta näkyi vain Netflix. Ei siis ollenkaan muita kanavia. Tämä oli pettymys varsinkin nyt,kun jalkapallon MM-kisat menossa.
Jos olet herkkäuninen, niin yöllä kadulta tulevat äänet häiritsevät. Kadulla baareja,joten elämää riittää.
Emme saaneet hotellin esittelystä sitä kuvaa, että portaita on noin paljon ja käsitimme, että Netflix ns. ylimääräisenä muiden kanavien lisäksi.

We loved staying here even with the stairs and the small duvet
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, excellent location, staff friendly, really clean, excellent communication and i was able to book a suprise treat for my husbands 40th which they arranged for me

Cons:

Loads of stairs and the duvet wasnt big enough for the massive bed

Tolle große und bequeme Betten. Super nettes Personal beim Empfang und Check out.
Super tolles und leckeres Restaurant für das Frühstück, unbedingt mitbuchen.

Cons:

Leider ein kleines Bad für 4 Personen.
Kein Aufzug und das Apartment war in der zweiten Etage. Uns wurde aber Hilfe mit den Koffern angeboten.

Perfect location but some noise from the karaoke bar down the road some nights
Pros:

Perfect location close to the main square in the old town part. Does feel like a nice boutique hotel. We had forgotten our travel adapter and the hotel had some spares we could borrow. Good value for money.

Cons:

Downside is the noise from the karaoke bar, particularly last night which woke us up.

Clean, quiet room right in the centre of town
Pros:

Very comfortable room in a nicely airconditioned room. Had to keep the windows closed as the property is on the "party street" of Krakow. Great location, 1 minute walk from the main square.

Cons:

Room was up 3 flights of stairs, which wasn't necessarily a problem, more of an inconvenience really.

Ήταν ένα πολύ κεντρικό κατάλυμα δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία ..το δωμάτιό όπως στις φωτογραφίες πεντακάθαρο ευρύχωρο και πολύ ήσυχο εάν σκεφτείς ότι είναι σε πεζόδρομο με πολλά καταστήματα και κοσμο..το προσωπικο ευγενέστατο.και μας φύλαξαν τις βαλίτσες γιατί είχαμε πτήση απόγευμα.Σας ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη διαμονη στην υπέροχη Κρακοβια

Οι σκάλες μέχρι τον δεύτερο όροφο είναι ένα θέμα για κάποιον που δεν μπορεί να ανεβαίνει σκάλες μετά από μια κουραστική ημέρα...για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα...εάν στην τιμή συμπεριλαμβανόταν και πρωινό θα ήταν το απόλυτο άριστα

Excellent hotel with fantastic location and delicious full breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic location only minutes from the square. We walked to all the main attractions, only using transport to visit the salt mines and Auschwitz. Lots of places to eat and drink in the surrounding streets. Very comfortable - good bed and shower. Safe in the room. Staff part-time but pleasant and helpful. There are no facilities for breakfast in the hotel so guests are given vouchers for breakfast in a lovely restaurant a few minutes walk away. The food was excellent especially the polish pancakes with berries and cream cheese.

Cons:

The room was small but this was understandable as the aparthotel was in a very old building with a central location.
