スタッフの対応も良かった

Cons:

洗面所の床に髪のが落ちていて荷物を置くのに困った！なのでクリックルワイパーがあればドライヤー使用した人が掃除してくれるのかと思った！旅行ガバンを整理できるテーブルがあればよかったかなぁ～！シャワールームの排気口からの臭いが気になったぁかなぁ～

電気も相まってオシャな感じが良い!


初日の深夜地震があった時、階段とかもきちんと開けてたので意識高いなと思いました。
その時は海外のスタッフの方だったんですが階段開いてなかったので、水買いにエレベーターから降りた時にまた地震来るかもしれないので念の為階段からお願いしますと

女性用のシャワールーム真ん中の左よりの個室
シャワーヘッドの周り フィルム?が取れかけのところがあって、その部分がちょくちょく皮膚に当たったりしてちょっとした引っ掻き傷みたいになったので、その部分を取るか、テープを巻くか、ヘッド交換するかの検討をして欲しいです


ヘアドライヤーの左側の1番奥が
Turboになってるはずだけど熱い風じゃなく送風の様な感じだったので確認して貰いたいです


空調地下のロッカールームや部屋も含めてもう少し涼しくして欲しかったです。温度引くめのシャワーしてから上がっても直ぐ皮膚に汗が纏った様な感じになってたので、着替えの際の脱衣所にも何か工夫が欲しいです

また東京出張があれば、利用したい。

Pros:

Best capsule I've ever slept in. Beautifully designed, pods disposition in the rooms, together with lights coming from lamps and windows, create a pattern very good looking. Plenty of showers and toilets.

Cons:

Staff are cold. They could be replaced by robots and you wouldn't notice.
They start cleaning room much before check out time, making noise and disturbing guests who are still resting. Also it gives the impression they want you out or that you are bothering them working.

Pros:

El barrio de Akasaka esta bien. Tiene un montón de variedad gastronómica,tiendas de conveniencia,parada de metro.
Entra el desayuno siempre

Cons:

Tener que dejar mis cosas en una taquilla que no esta cerca de mi cama. O sea,yo dormía en la planta 3 y mis cosas estaban en la planta baja

Pros:

Great pods and location. However the showers had a horrible smell which made them unusable! I had to book an onsen to get a proper shower.
Good for a 1 night stay.

The smell in the locker areas and showers.
