Pros:

キレイ、静か、シャワー室の数が多い

Cons:

スーツケースを広げるスペースがあまりない、駅からの道のりが繁華街なのが苦痛、2回以上シャワーするときはタオルを使い回さないといけないけど足拭きタオルは2回も使いたくなかった

Würde ich nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage in Akasaka war gut und konnte die Metro innerhalb von 5-6 Minuten erreichen. Es war auch nicht laut, und das Frühstück gab es in einem Restaurant circa 120 m entfernt. Bezahlt wurde mit einem Gutschein, den man beim Checkin bekommt. Es war angenehm kalt im Schlafbereich. Es gab Hausschuhe, einen Pyjama sowie neue Handtücher täglich.

Cons:

Man hat für seine Sachen einen Spind, der im Keller liegt. Dort sind auch die die Waschräume und die duschen geschlafen wird jedoch bei den Herren auf Etage 1 und 2, bei den Damen auf Etage 3 und 4.
D.h. wenn man etwas vergessen hat, musste man unweigerlich runter rennen da Import selbst nicht genug Platz war für zusätzliche Taschen. Die Matratzen und die Kissen sind sehr hart. Persönliche mag ich härtere Matratzen gerne , aber diese erinnert mich an eine Übernachtung im Zelt ohne Matte, wobei der sogar weicher war. Das Kissen ist vergleichbar mit einem Sandsack. Ich habe leider nie länger als viereinhalb Stunden geschlafen und mir nach 4 Nächten zum ersten Mal nach über 170 Hotelaufenthalten ein anderes Hotel gebucht, da mein Rücken es nicht mehr ausgehalten habe.
Der größte Nachteil ist für mich aber, dass man täglich "auschecken" muss und das Hotel nicht betreten kann (außer an der Rezeption). Denn zwischen 11:00 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr wird der Schlafbereich sowie die Waschräume komplett gereinigt. Einen Mittagsschlaf kann man also nicht machen. Leider hat das Hotel auch nur einen winzigen Aufenthaltsbereich an der Rezeption, so dass man da auch nicht gut seine Zeit verbringen kann.
Da die Waschräume auch nur einmal am Tag gereinigt werden, ist es vor allen Dingen morgens sehr dreckig in den Duschen.

Знаю что многие недовольны из-за ежедневного чек аута с 11 до 3, но думаю, именно благодаря этой системе, команде удаетс

Чистота, расположение, красивый интерьер, свежая постель ежедневно, очень дружелюбный и участливый персонал

Cons:

За эти деньги все просто шикарно. На стойке регистрации есть бесплатные беруши, возьмите обязательно и желательно иметь маску для сна.

Cons:

The cleanliness. My locker had makeup on the door, there wasn’t any soap in the bathrooms on my floor, the capsule itself was stuffy, scuffed up, and smelled of other people’s sweat. It was so bad that I went to the dollar store nearby to buy disinfectant wipes so I could wipe all the dirty areas down myself.
