Pros:

Staff and their welcoming was awesome. They gave directions exptionally well and even escorted. Room was comforting really felt right at home. silent night no disturbance from my side .

Cons:

Okay it took a while for the shower to heat up . which can be maintained to avoid any water wastage.

Pros:

The security was good.

Cons:

The heating was visibly absent. The bed was very cold on winter night. Access was poor and the address fits into 4 different places in Joburg. Houghton Estate needs to be included in the facility's address on Booking.com

The staff was very calm and friendly
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and they assisted me with directions when I was lost and my gps was acting up. Bed was also comfy and clean.

Cons:

Table with chair that seemed to require repairs, I was fearful of using it incase I fall or something bad happens.
