Great hotel, will recommend and we will be back!!

Central, so clean and great customer service

Cons:

Parking onsite was full, directed to Wilson’s on Murray st and we were ‘egged’ by unknown hidden perpetrators up on a high level whilst we were walking out of the car park back to the hotel. We reported the incident to the reception & I will also report to Wilson’s.

Cons:

Just the beds and bit uncomfortable and hard.
Daughters fold out bed terrible was very uncomfortable

Great night away
Pros:

The location was perfect. Easy to find and extremely close to RAC arena. Super easy to get back on the freeway when it was time to head home.
Staff were fantastic and room was superb. Extremely clean and superb comfy beds.
The on site pub serves great food and great value for money.
We'll definitely stay there again.

Horrible
Pros:

I like the parking and location thats it.

Cons:

The room smelt not clean.
Room service was expensive $20 for one ham and cheese toasty and they did,nt have menu in room or tell me the price of there food.
If i had of known the price i would not of got them.
Limited selections for room service food.
I will not be returning.
