Excellent location - we were in town for the Tame Impala gig at RAC Arena, it's only a 5 minute walk from there. Easy to get to from the train station too if you're arriving by PT. We missed out on parking onsite but the parking we were directed to was only 5 mins walk away.
The suite we were in was gorgeous and very spacious, well appointed with lovely touches like robes/slippers/nice toiletries. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Room was absolutely spotless too!
Loved that there was a full length mirror to help with getting dolled up for a night out (so rare for some weird reason?).
I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Location, room size, decent value
Staff could have been more personable, especially coming in at 2am after travelling for over 24 hours to be meet with someone who had little or no interest in customer care.

Loved the heritage aspects of the hotel and how the new and old melded. We had a heritage room which opened onto the lovely old verandah. The room was extremely comfortable.

Not notified about a function that was happening in the restaurant so we couldn’t eat in there
Rooftop bar is only open on a Friday night
