Everything about the room was very good. It's location was perfect for why we were in the city

Cons:

Our room was in the old part of the hotel. Although it was in great condition, and there is nothing wrong with the room, there are clearly wooden floors in the building and so we could hear footsteps on other floors clearly at night.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, when we checked in and got to the room there was pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom from previous guests I assume.

The foyer smelled like sewerage.
