The property grounds need cleaning, maintenance, and renovation.

Excelent food at restaurant and staff. Great location.

Cons:

The garden and yard are in desperate need of maintenance. They look neglected and run-down, with everything overgrown, the thuja trees untrimmed and dried out, and the surroundings dirty and untidy. The fence is falling apart, while the wooden structures have peeling paint and are starting to rot.
